I’ve been dreaming about this for years, and it’s finally happening! I’m so excited to bring my love for yoga and dogs together in a special Puppy/Dog Yoga called “Paws and Breath” next Saturday to support CAMO Rescue, where I’ve been fostering dogs since moving to Texas.

Come join me for a fun, relaxing yoga flow followed by some much-needed cuddle time with adorable rescue pups!
The dogs will be joining us on the mats!!

Not only will you leave feeling refreshed, but you’ll also be supporting an amazing cause.
