Diplomant kineziologije, kondicijski trener, AFP osebni trener, vaditelj atletike in gimnastike.

Osebno trenerstvo je le vrh ledene gore. Zame je šport način življenja, saj se z različnimi panogami ukvarjam že od malih nog. Košarka, nogomet, judo, odbojka, tek na 100m, so me skozi mladostniška leta pripravljali fizično in psihično. Nato sem aktivno začel s treningi v fitnesu, kar me je povsem prevzelo, na kar kaže tudi dejstvo, da se s premetavanjem uteži ukvarjam že od leta 2009. Izkušnje sem nabiral na svojih napakah, znanje pa preko branja nešteto znanstvenih člankov, knjig in predavanj strokovnjakov svetovnega kova. Tako sem se dokončno odločil, da se začnem ukvarjati z osebnim trenerstvom. Seveda pravega uspeha in spremembe v telesu ni brez kakovostnega prehranjevalnega režima. To sem kmalu ugotovil in se z enako zavzetostjo lotil študija nutricionistike. Tako področje vadbe kot nutricionistike sem leta 2014 potrdil z mednarodno diplomo NCSF. Sem zagovornik naravnega, zdravega in varnega načina spreminjanja telesa in poskrbim da je med treningom prijetno. S strankami imam oseben odnos, saj mi je pomembna odkritost, ustrežljivost, disciplina, trdo delo in rezultati, čemu posvetim 100% svojega časa. Zato sem svojim strankam dosegljiv ne samo med treningom ampak tudi preko maila in telefona, za sprotno in kvalitetno reševanje dilem. REFERENCE: • Več kot 6 let ukvarjanja s fitnesom, • delovanje v Vadbenem Centru Natural in Apolon, • vodenje podporno-svetovalnih skupin na področju hujšanja, • predavatelj na področju zdrave prehrane v RIC Novo Mesto in FLP Trzin, • predavatelj na področju vadbe za starejše in nosečnice v RIC Novo Mesto, • delo osebnega trenerja, • mednarodna licenca NCSF, • diploma za delo v športu v Sloveniji AFP, • diplomant Fakultete za šport 2018.

1️⃣ LE ČEVLJE SODI NAJ KOPITAR:
Vsak naj se drži svoje stroke, glede priporočil in objav. Z napačnimi informacijami ubijamo družbo na dva načina. Prvi, ker le ta ne ve komu verjet in drugi ker tako dejansko širimo napačne podatke in paniko. Če si avtomehanik ali branjevka ne veš nič o virusih, tudi če si cel dan na internetu - bereš lahko napačne informacije drugih. Zaupajte glavnim verodostojnim virom in čim bolj kritično spremljajte poročila. Naloga novinarjev je, da dvignejo gledanost.

2️⃣ POSKRBITE ZA SVOJE ZDRAVJE:
To pomeni, preprečujte svojo okužbo (umivanje rok, ne dotikanje sluznic,...) in preprečujte okužbo drugih (kihanje v rokav, brez rokovanja,...). Vaš imunski sistem je, kar je. Lahko da virus dobite in ga prebolite brez hujših simptomov, kar nakazuje dober imunski sistem. Gre predvsem za kombinacijo stresa, spanca, telesne aktivnosti in zdrave prehrane. Ne obremenjujte se preveč, če ste izpostavljeni, upam pa, da se vsi nekaj naučite iz trenutne situacije in začnete bolj vestno skrbeti zase po karanteni.

3️⃣ NE NASEDAJTE OBUPANIM TRENERJEM:
Mogoče si tukaj pljuvam v lastno skledo in bom deležn grdih pogledov ampak kar je res je res. Brez dlake na jeziku in gotovo bi se moji strokovni kolegi strinjali: ne kupujte ali kako drugače nasedajte video programom. Če vas je strah, da vas trener okuži med 1 na 1 lekcijo, morate še enkrat pomisliti katera so tveganja okužbe in koliko vas je bilo nazadnje v trgovini. Vseeno pa je vsak svoje sreče kovač in če vas je strah, vas nihče ne obsoja. Prosim pa, da ne znižujete kvalitete našega dela in gledate generične programe kjer fit bejba skače gor in dol po stanovanju, vi pa ji neumorno sledite. Če niste nikoli migali, potem sedaj ni čas za to, če pa redno obiskujete trenerja, veste, kako izvajati osnovne vaje. Tudi sam ponujam Skype treninge ampak samo za lokacijsko specifične težave (beri npr.: platfus, hernije ne bova rešila preko spleta).

4️⃣ CENITE DELO:
Spoštujte ljudi, ki morajo na svoje delo in tudi tiste, ki so zaradi krize ostali brez prihodka. Seveda je zdravje na prvem mestu, vseeno pa sam vidim tudi enormno škodo gospodarstvu. Predvsem so tukaj na udaru samozaposleni iz storitvenih dejavnosti, ki imajo mogoče doma še majhnega otroka, ki do preklica ne bo šel v vrtec. Ko bo vse skupaj mimo in si bomo lizali rane, ne rabite svojega frizerja spraševati za popust ali izbirati najcenejšega trenerja. S tem dobite slabo storitev in ste tako denar vrgli stran, nasprotno pa z normalnim nakupom podpirate gospodarske panoge, ki v veliki meri na plečih nosijo družbo in vam omogočajo, da imate plače, ko ste zaradi novega virusa doma, med tem ko sami ne vedo, kako dolgo bodo lahko še plačevali položnice.

I have prepared this exercise in order to strengthen muscles of the upper back and open up the shoulder. After a long day of seating behind your desk at work, your shoulders tend to roll forward. This causes back and shoulder pain, tenderness in the neck and headaches.
.
The exercise in the video will loosen up tight internal rotation muscles and strengthen external rotators of the shoulder, therefore re-establish muscle balance and lessen pain or discomfort.
.
Keep your shoulders over the palm of hand on the floor. Pull elbow of the other hand as high as possible, rotate it externally and push over head.⚠️If you are experiencing pain with this movement and it does not go away in a few day, contact me for help.⚠️

Barefoot is the best...or is it? 🧐

I have been getting a lot of questions lately about minimalist footwear. Is it any good? Is it healthy? Is it better than normal padded shoes or is it worse?
.
There is no simple answer to this. You could say it depends on your lifestyle, biomechanics, body awareness, foot mechanics etc..
.
A general rule of thumb is that minimalist footwear helps you feel the ground and helps you to optimize running technique. It also reduces forces loss by foam and can help with some foot related problems in the long run (for example high arches).
.
On the other side it can be quite brutal on your feet and body, at least at first, so start gently in order not to produce more injuries than benefit. It can also be bad for people working on their feet, because maintaining focus of holding your feet in good position and not over stressing your heel the whole day, is quite impossible.
.
I believe the long term goal is to move away from thick shoes and rather personalize your insoles with minimal needed cushioning where needed.
.
Start choosing your shoes based on functionality and share this with a friend who has feet problems. 🏃‍♂️

Basic ankle stretch. 🏃‍♂️

Maintaining good form in basic exercises from the start is the only way for safe and unlimited progression.
.
Shown on the video is the most basic ankle stretch. Main goal of this is to target Soleus - one of the calf muscles. Tight ankles not only limit your ability to produce force on the field, but also affect your posture and quality of movement since this could cause knees to colapse.
.
I have seen so many people do this sloppy - achieving movement from other structures. An example is shown in video - medial arch drop. This is the main reason why your Achilles and calves are still stiff as a rock.
.
Next time you do this exercise, focus on maintaining foot arch and driving knees not in the direction of the big toe but rather second or third toe.
