Breathing is the simplest yet the most profound technique to calm down the stress, relieve the pain, observe our emotions and even help to give birth without any painkillers (from my own experience)❤⚛🔥

So thinking about your life success, performance, wellness maybe we should stop.
.
And observe the quality of our normal breath pattern first. Start for 10min the same time of the day and then add a couple of minutes every day just watching the quality of your breath. Do not try to improve it straight away. Just watch it. What it tells you about your life quality right now? And then after a few days breath in deeply and breath out loudly. You might be a little bit dizzy at first. Do not skip the steps👣😎After the next few days inhale the future and exhale the past and then relax and stay into NOW.

The art of conscious living is also about habits. They are playing a big role in our life as we tend to do almost 80% of everything automatically. SO - it is a good idea to spend maybe a few days or weeks to revise your beliefs about life. And then the habits you support your desired lifestyle with. Like a spring cleaning of the space you want to feel excellent in. I recommend to do this at least once with a professional coach so he can guide you with this for the first time. But then you can easily do this on your own regularly.
.
So one of the habit which is quite useful nd makes your life so much nicer and productive as you reduce the stress enormously this way, is paying attention to things. To your thoughts, to the words you are speaking, to the actions you are taking but also to the beauty of this world which is all over around you.
.
And you might say that there is so much misery, violence, injustice but actually it is not! IT is just a projection of what you are paying your attention too. And it is needed as well so you could see the colours after seeing a darkness. But it is wise to make a choice sooner or later what you are seeing in your life.

See the little child who is scared or hurt or sushhhhed down so many times that now is feeling like not good enough to speak up for herself.

This cave might seems scary to go to at first but while you decide that you will go there and help the little child inside it might change your perspective enormously. And you know, as an adult that you won't live that child alone there. That you will probably introduce yourselfs and maybe embrace the child with your arm to calm him down. Then probably you will listen to his story carefully and you will decide to get him out and get back to the light and life again. As you need to help your inner child first, so you could both have pecaful, happy and fulfilled life.

How often you wake up, you look around at all the people who is showing you different directions to go, different ways of doing things and live YOUR life? They suggest you should be in relationship if you are single. You should have children if you are in relationship and do not have them. You should probably own your own place at the certain age and already now what is your life purpose if you do not know that yet and so on😎

How often you, your friends, your family or community all want to get to the same place of life happiness, health and life fulfilment but everyone think that their way is the best one, the shortest one, the most easy one? And that is ok, as they probably come from a good place of trying help as much as they know about their way. But the thing is maybe it is simply not the best time for your to receive all this advices WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. Maybe you are not there yet with your own experiences and lessons you need to take on your own.

And as self awareness guide and life strategist I do that to people too😁 but ONLY if they are ready for me. And they need me to be their guide. 👣💬🗨⛾Everyone needs to have their own lessons first, so they can actually DECIDE as a result to change things and CHOOSE one direction they want to go. And with this approach and already made decision you can ASK someone you resonate with to be your guide. But not earlier. Not when you are still in the phase you need to learn your lesson by yourself. And you are not ready to take the responsibility to hire a guide who can show you the best gems of your potential. Every morning you have a choice. To spend your day like usual. And do things automatically or actually wake up and decide to do something different TODAY 😎 Think about 3 of your biggest dreams you have and do just one thing TODAY towards them. It might be just checking the holiday brochure or a job offer or some alternative way of healing your body, mind and soul, or maybe just spontanously go out to the cinema by yourself and enjoying the best relationship you can ever had... with yourself?

Continuing to go to sleep with your dreams, it is not a bad idea as well!💥 You can actually programm your subconsciouss that way for many things so keep doing that. But remember that asking Universe/God to make your dreams to come true is not enough! You need to show your commitment, dedication and consistency in what you dream about and then have a trust that you DID your part and the rest will come in the way it should be for you to come😉

Spring is coming and I can feel it everywhere. Especially that I decided to move next to the farm land lately and the smell is really sophisticated here ;-)

The Spring is my favourite time of the year. Because I have my birthday on the first day of Spring😎 And because I feel like it is a good time to close most of the open life drama and most of the daily life cases like family administration things, health checks, talks with people you need to talk and make the air clear etc. It might not be pleasant as this are the things which we put under the carpet for a reason. We did not check out from our comfort zone to check in with dealing with them earlier as that is much safer option. But in a long term it destroy our freedom and wellness double powered.

Now it is a great time to close what stops our mind, body and soul have that kind of clean, peaceful space, which allows you to live fully. And lots of fresh space to blossom like the nature starts to blossom this time of the year.❤⚛🔥
