A huge thank you to the 1,545 prospective students and parents who joined us at TP’s EAE Seminar 2026 today! 🎉

It was a fun and insightful day of discovering possibilities, learning about the EAE journey, and hearing first-hand what it means to pursue your passion at Temasek Polytechnic.

Participants gained valuable insights into the EAE application process through sharings by TP Principal and CEO, Patrice Choong; Deputy Principal, Anita Kuan; and Director of Academic Affairs, Sng Choon Leng.

We were also inspired by TP alumna Ng Yu Jing, a graduate of Aviation Management & Services (AMS), and her father, Andy, who brought the EAE journey to life by sharing their personal experiences and reflections on their EAE journey and life at TP.

ACCtraordinary 2026 gave us a powerful glimpse into the future of the accounting profession in an AI- and technology-driven world 🤖📊.

Bringing together students, educators, parents, industry partners and leaders from Singapore’s five polytechnics, the event created a meaningful platform for conversations, ideas and shared aspirations about the future of accountancy 💡🤝.

Insightful speeches by Guest-of-Honour Dr Syed Harun Alhabsyi, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Education and Ministry of National Development, and Mr William Lim, Director of the School of Business & Accountancy at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, highlighted how the accounting profession continues to evolve and stay relevant in today’s rapidly changing landscape 🎤.

These conversations are especially timely following the recent launch of the refreshed Skills Framework for Accountancy by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) - emphasising the importance of equipping future accounting professionals with skills in AI, data analytics, sustainability and technical expertise 📈🌱💻.

Students also had the opportunity to connect with polytechnic students to learn more about the Early Admissions Exercise (EAE), engage directly with industry leaders and partners, and hear firsthand from the Chia family about their EAE journey and experiences ✨.

ACCtraordinary 2026 reminded us that accountancy is more than just numbers. It is a meaningful and dynamic career filled with exciting opportunities 🌟.

From serving customers in F&B to building a career in HR, Lim Si Yi’s journey was not exactly straightforward.

While juggling work, part-time studies at TP and major life changes, she took a leap of faith and invested in herself. Today, she is working as an HR Executive, proving that a career switch is possible with the right skills and determination.

Six sports student leaders from our recently exchanged stories and ideas with our Principal & CEO, Mr Patrice Choong, over lunch at The Top Table!

The session was filled with inspiring conversations, from their personal sporting journeys and the impact of CCAs on holistic student development, to the role of CCAs in building a vibrant and dynamic campus life🔥. Mr Choong also reaffirmed his strong belief in the value of CCAs in shaping students beyond the classroom into confident, well-rounded individuals 💯.

We're excited to have him cheering alongside us at many sporting events to come . At , we do not just play the game, we change it🏆!
