1. Welcome and Opening Prayer – Mr Rex Sanau

2. Confirmation of Minutes of previous meeting – No discrepancies. Minutes passed.

3. Matters to discuss
3.1. Draft Constitution – All agreed to engage a legal rep to go through the draft constitution. A SNAC alumni - Ricardo Vatia has agreed to assist with the draft constitution. After going through the draft constitution, Mr. Vatia will sit with the committee to go through with the committee to finalize the draft constitution.

3.2. Financial Support: Funds collected will go towards Prize Giving/Graduations 2025 for Primary and Secondary.
• A total of $2100 was collected.
• $1000 was handed to the School Principal on Wednesday 15th October.
• Another $1000 will be handed to Headmaster for Primary (date yet to be confirmed).

4. Any Other Business
4.1. Launching of SNAC Alumni after the constitution has been confirmed.
4.2. Committee to meet monthly
4.3. Locker for the SNAC Alumni at the school office to store away important documents
4.4. Next meeting will be determined after the lawyer has read through the draft constitution.

1. Opening Prayer – Ms Janet Oge

2. Opening Remarks – Mr. Walter Sinehanue (a former head boy) introduced the need for a SNAC Alumnus be formed. The School Board Chairman – Mr Henry Kuper also spoke on the importance of having the alumnus. School Principal Mr John Patterson also echoed what both gentlemen shared.

3. All attended agreed to elect a committee. Thus, a committee was elected. The committee elected are as follows:
(1) Chairman – Rex Sanau
(2) Visa Chairlady – Stella Grace Pororara Munamua
(3) Treasurer – Glenda Ratamana
(4) Vice Treasurer - Lamentation Suhurimai
(5) Secretary – Marjorie Pogo
(6) Vice Secretary – Josh Maitani
(7) Member – Janet Oge
(8) Member – Lawrence Nodua

4. Financial Support: Funds collected will go towards Prize Giving/Graduations 2025 for Primary and Secondary. See separate sheet attached for names of those who contributed.
a) A total of $1400 was collected.
b) $1000 will be handed to School Principal on Wednesday 15th October.
c) Another $1000 will be handed to Headmaster Primary on Wednesday 15th October.
d) Those that wish to make a contribution can do so before Wednesday 15th October. Contact the treasurer and vice.

5. Any Other Business
a) Elected SNAC Alumni Committee to meet to formalize the association’s goals and objectives.
b) SNAC Alumni to engage a lawyer to draft the constitution for the association
c) SNAC Alumni Committee to inform all SNAC Alumni of upcoming meetings going forward
