Beautiful Hadith is about Travelling

Narrated `Aisha (RA), Hamza bin `Amr Al-Aslami asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), "Should I fast while traveling?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "You may fast if you wish, and you may not fast if you wish."

Narrated `Abdullah (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) fasted for days continuously; the people also did the same but it was difficult for them. So, the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade them (to fast continuously for more than one day). They said, "But you fast without break (no food was taken in the evening or in the morning)." The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "I am not like you, for I am provided with food and drink (by Allah).”

Narrated Sahl (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Raiyan, and those who observe fasts will enter through it on the Day of Resurrection and none except them will enter through it. It will be said, 'Where are those who used to observe fasts?' They will get up, and none except them will enter through it. After their entry the gate will be closed and nobody will enter through it."

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: ‘Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and the hope of reward will be forgiven his previous sins.”

It was narrated that Abu Al-Jawza (RA) said: "Al-Hasan said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) taught me some words to say in witr in Qunut:

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ إِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ

Allahumma ihdini fiman hadayta wa 'afini fiman afayta wa tawallani fiman tawallayta wa barik li fima a'tayta, wa qini sharra ma qadayta, fa innaka taqdi wa la yuqda 'alayk, wa innahu la yadhilluman walayta, tabarakta Rabbana wa at'alayt

(O Allah, guide me among those whom You have guided, pardon me among those You have pardoned, turn to me in friendship among those on whom You have turned in friendship, and bless me in what You have bestowed, and save me from the evil of what You have decreed. For verily You decree and none can influence You; and he is not humiliated whom You have befriended. Blessed are You, O Lord, and Exalted.)"

(Sunan an-Nasa'i 1745, Book 20, Hadith 148)

Beautiful Hadith is about Hope

Anas ibn Malik (RA) reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If the Final Hour comes while you have a shoot of a plant in your hands and it is possible to plant it before the Hour comes, you should plant it."

Narrated `Aisha (RA): Allah's Messenger (SAW) used to treat with a Ruqya saying, "O the Lord of the people! Remove the trouble. The cure is in Your Hands, and there is none except You who can remove it (the disease)."

امْسَحِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، بِيَدِكَ الشِّفَاءُ، لاَ كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ


All shifaa comes from Allah. We take medicine but it's effect is only permitted by the Creator. Learn this Dua and may Allah heal all those suffering from illness and disease - Ameen!

Beautiful Hadith is about Prayer

Narrated Um Salama (RA): One night the Prophet (peace be upon him) got up and said, "Subhan Allah! How many afflictions Allah has revealed tonight and how many treasures have been sent down (disclosed). Go and wake the sleeping lady occupants of these dwellings up (for prayers), perhaps a well dressed in this world may be naked in the Hereafter."

(Sahih al-Bukhari 1126, Book 19, Hadith 6)

Our worldly possessions are exactly that: worldly. Only our deeds, actions and intentions will surround us in the next life. It is easy to look at one's life and complain about what you don't have but if you attempted to start counting your blessings and what you do have, you would exhaust yourself and never be ungrateful. Say Alhamdulillah because you have more than enough and your Lord will always look after you. Gratitude is everything, remember to thank Allah (swt) in all your prayers and increase your Adhkar!

Beautiful Hadith is about Striking People

`A’isha (RA) said: the Messenger of Allah (SAW) never struck a servant or a woman.

(Sunan Abu Dawud 4786, Book 43, Hadith 14)

Domestic violence has no place in Islam and nobody should fear for their life, especially in their own home. We should all fear Allah and ensure we treat others with kindness, compassion and mercy, particularly if we expect this treatment from Allah. Life is short, know your purpose and honour others during your time here and all your good deeds will open the doors to Paradise Insha’Allah.

Narrated `Abdullah bin Zaid Al-Mazini (RA): Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Between my house and the pulpit there is a garden of the gardens of Paradise."

It was narrated that Simak (RA) said: “I entered upon ‘Ikrimah on the day concerning which there was doubt as to whether it was Ramadan or Shaban, and he was eating bread, vegetables and milk. He said: ‘Come and eat.’ I said: ‘I am fasting.’ He adjured me by Allah to break my fast. I said Subhan-Allah twice. When I saw that he was insisting, I went forward and said: ‘Give me what you have.’ He said: ‘I heard Ibn ‘Abbas say: The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Fast when you see it (the crescent) and stop fasting when you see it, and if clouds or darkness prevent you from seeing it, then complete the number of days of Shaban, and do not fast ahead of the month, and do not join Ramadan to a day of Shaban.'"

It was narrated from 'Aishah (RA) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When the time of menstruation comes, stop praying, and when it goes, perform Ghusl."

Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA) narrated: "We went with Allah's Messenger (SAW), while we were young men who had nothing. He said: 'O young men! You should marry, for indeed it helps in lowering the gaze and protecting the private parts. Whoever among you is not able to marry, then let him fast, for indeed fasting will diminish his sexual desire."

Abu Musa (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said to me, "Shall I not guide you to a treasure from the treasures of Jannah?" I said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" Thereupon he (SAW) said, "(Recite) 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah' (There is no change of a condition nor power except by Allah)."

Beautiful Hadith is about Long Prostrations

Narrated `Aisha (RA): Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) used to offer eleven rak`at and that was his prayer. He used to prolong the prostration to such an extent that one could recite fifty verses (of the Qur'an) before he would lift his head. He used to pray two rak`at (Sunnah) before the Fajr prayer and then used to lie down on his right side till the call-maker came and informed him about the prayer.

Inspiring Hadith is about Hands

Narrated Malik ibn Nadlah (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Hands are of three types: Allah's Hand is the upper one; the bestower's hand is the one near it; the beggar's hand is the lower one. So bestow what is surplus, and do not submit yourself to the demand of your soul.

Beautiful Hadith is about the Dawn Prayer

Abu Zaid (viz. Amr b. Akhtab) (RA) reported: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) led us in the dawn prayer and then mounted the pulpit and addressed us until it was (time for the) noon prayer. He then came down the pulpit and observed prayer and then again mounted the pulpit and again addressed us until it was time for the 'Asr prayer. He then again came down and observed the prayer and again mounted the pulpit and addressed us until the sun was set and he informed (about) everything (pertaining to turmoil) that lay hidden in the past and what lies in (the womb) of) the future and the most learned amongst us is one who remembers them well.

It was narrated from Jubair bin Nufair (RA) that a man asked Aishah (RA) about fasting and she said: "The Messenger of Allah used to fast all of Shaban, and he made sure to fast on Mondays and Thursdays."

Abu Ad-Dardh (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Nothing is placed on the Scale that is heavier than good character. Indeed the person with good character will have attained the rank of the person of fasting and prayer."

Jabir b. Abd Allah (RA) reported the Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: Gather your children when darkness spreads, or in the evening (according to Musaddad), for the jinn are abroad and seize them.

Usamah bin Zaid (RA) said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah (SAW), I do not see you fasting any month as much as Shaban.'
