A lot has been happening recently at the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Welcome Center WNS. Apart from the inspiring lectures given by our foreign guests, we recently held The Career Fair- a unique opportunity for all students thinking about their future careers. Moreover, we had international workshops called "Narratives about Poland", and..... even a yoga break.

During the long break, registered students, doctoral candidates, and university staff delved into the basics of yoga under the guidance of our Grant Service Department employee, Mrs. Aneta Kurek. The instructor is an experienced yoga teacher who not only imparted her knowledge and demonstrated interesting exercises but also sparked interest in this sport and brought a moment of relaxation to Koszarowa. Thank you! We look forward to more yoga sessions.

We are pleased to invite students to participate in the “Narrative about Poland” Project!

We’re hitting the road on April 9th with a visit to the Depot History Centre, where we’re going on a tour on the “Ogórek” Historical Bus. At the “Wrocław 1945-2016” Exhibition, you can learn a story of the post-war fate of the city and its citizens, who, coming from various parts of Poland and the Borderlands, once again created the social, cultural, and scientific tissue of the city."

On May 14th, you will make a jury to evaluate the projects about Polish culture and history, which were prepared by your Polish colleagues.

The culmination of the project will be a joint visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, which will take place on June 12th.

You can’t miss it!

Participation in all activities is a requirement for involvement in the project 😊
The number of places is limited
All participants will be given a certificate at the end of the project
