- Topper of Dawn College Swat at FSc level, securing 93.2% (1118/1200)

OGISS Management

Two newly admitted students at OGISS in foundation classes.
Yesterday was their first day at school.
They were not really happy on their first day at OGISS .
Our director spent the whole day with these two little heroes while playing with them, discussing with them and counselling them at their section and now they are a very happy and permanent part of OGISS main campus at Manglor Swat.
Alhamdolillah.
Every single student needs time, care , love and trust of the elders to become confident and successful students.

SLOs Cycle :

There are four key phases of the SLO cycle:
1. Preparation : This step involves pivotal planning decisions, design the SLO structures, and develop training and rollout strategies.

2. Development: Development aims to train school staff and craft SLOs.

3. Implementation : It allows to monitor student and teacher progress, strengthen teaching practices and increase student learning.

4. Results Analysis :
This is carried out to examine and translate student outcomes into the teacher evaluation system, refine practices and make informed decisions based on results.
SLOs Framework :
The whole process/cycle counts when implementing SLOs.
Therefore it is absolutely essential to get the framework right.
