He explained how the West breached Moscow's threshold by over-equipping Kyiv for its defences. As Mearsheimer highlighted, the U.S. and its allies directly targeted Russia's soft but extremely crucial underbelly pressing the country to respond. War cannot be justified by any means. However, the burden of responsibility is equally applicable to the West since they overlooked the Russian Red Flags.
