Ray A. Gapuz baby, since the PNLE last November till NCLEX. I really want to thank Ray A. Gapuz Review System, Sir Ray Gapuz, all the mentors, especially Ma’am Abi, Ma’am Maclaine, and Ma’am Nicole, who made it easier to understand the lectures and fun.
I started my Gapuz online review in January till March. Then, after I received my ATT, I dedicated a month of review in June to focus on my exam in July.
The journey wasn’t easy there were moments of doubt and burnout. I tackled practice questions, reviewed rationales, and faced one of the hardest exams of my life. My NCLEX stopped at 85 questions, with lots of SATA, standalone questions, and around 5-6 case studies that made me question everything I knew. But I kept pushing. I walked out unsure of how I did but I stayed positive.
To anyone still preparing: trust the process. Believe in yourself, be consistent, and never give up. You’ve got this.
Congratulations Mr. John Benedict M. Torralba, USRN

Passing the NCLEX exam is not easy but with appropriate guidance and mentoring I made it.
To begin with, I would like to thank the Almighty for His guidance and blessing as I traverse this journey. Commencing at the time I enrolled in RAGRS and ITAPS Gapuz up until the big day of taking up the examination, everything just went on calmly. Further, to my family and colleagues whom I met along this journey. Their belief and confidence as I tracked such a path did not diminish rather it gradually escalated. It is through their faith that I was able to pursue despite the doubts, the physical and mental depletion of energy which I had experienced.
Thank you also to Sir Ray and to all the mentors of the RAGRS team for the expertise which you shared. It is through those mastery and competence that we are able to hone our potentials, refine our approach and cultivate our capability. Your shared knowledge starting from the Comprehensive Review, Bootcamp and Quickfix gave us the preparedness to answer smartly even the toughest questions. Questions were quite intense but the learnings and growth which were embedded made it all worthwhile. Each material which I believed that were systematically pondered helped me understand and create an opportunity to critically think and answer every tricky question.
Throughout my review journey, I genuinely enjoyed the process due to the easy access of review materials, for which I am grateful to each and every one of the RAGRS team for their exerted efforts. In a world where many people are trying to find their path, please do continue on sharing and inspiring every dreamer.
Ultimately, to all aspirants let us not forget that each step may be small however, together they form the path to lasting fortune.
Congratulations Ms. Jeavie Mary B. Mahiwo, USRN

My NCLEX journey is far from easy. I started reviewing for NCLEX last January 2024 at Baguio (RAGRS Bootcamp). To cut the story short, I became too complacent. I was not able to take my reviews seriously. I was still working full time, juggling my review with hospital duties. I was too confident I’ll pass at one take and so God humbled me. I failed my first exam. I was devastated and felt embarrassed. I can’t even show my face at the RAGRS office in Manila. I promised myself this 2nd take will be the last, so I took a break from work and focused on reviewing. I finished the whole Course Shell twice, answered Q-banks on our TOP, Read the new NCLEX 311 book and watched Youtube videos. The Q-banks and NCLEX 311 helped me the most. The day I took my exam, I felt a different kind of satisfaction. It felt like I was ready and that this would really be the last. I was shocked my computer stopped at 85. I did not even think about stopping at 85, my goal back then was to just pass. I'm thankful to the whole Ray A. Gapuz Review System team, our mentors, our ITs, RAGRS staff, who helped us tirelessly so we could review comfortably as much as we wanted to. Thank you to those who shared their testimonies as well, because of them we gained extra energy to continue this journey. May Ray A. Gapuz Review System continue to grow and help more people. To God be the glory!

NCLEX-RN® QUICKFIX® IN PHARMACOLOGY
PHARMACOLOGY is the most dreaded part of a nursing exam. One reason could be that it requires you to memorize facts, and more often than not, it is difficult to decide on WHAT TO MEMORIZE. But not anymore— the CHECK PRINCIPLE provides you with a framework.
It stands for...
C - lassify the drug and know why it is given. In other words, you should know the purpose of the medication.
H - ave an assessment parameter to evaluate the effects of the drug. What are your assessment parameters in monitoring the effects of the drug and its therapeutic outcome?
E - nsure that the medication is given at the best time. Some drugs are best taken with meals, some after meals, and some on an empty stomach. Some drugs may also be taken without regard to meals. You should know all of these!
C - larify patient concerns. What should you tell your patient to expect? You should be able to give instructions related to the therapeutic and side effects of the drug.
K- now the key points to giving the medication safely. You should be able to identify interventions to counteract the adverse or side effects of the drug.
