The State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) 2024 at Llavac Elementary School marked a significant annual event that not only encapsulated the democratic spirit of the institution but also celebrated the vibrant engagement of students in governance.

The event, held during the flag ceremony on Monday, April 22, 2024, was the culmination of a series of important dates that shaped the leadership structure of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) for the academic year.

Campaign Period (April 2-7, 2024)
The campaign period kicked off on April 2, 2024, initiating a week of vibrant student-led campaigns throughout the school. Candidates for various positions within the SELG presented their platforms, engaging in debates and discussions, and displaying posters, all aimed at garnering the support of their peers. The campaign was marked by a respectful and energetic exchange of ideas, highlighting the students' commitment to improving their school community.

Election Day (April 8, 2024)
Election Day was a testament to the school’s commitment to democratic values. Students from all grades participated enthusiastically, casting their votes in a well-organized and secure process overseen by teachers and the SOLGA advisers, Mrs. Marivic L. Calina and Mrs. Maribel A. Crisostomo. The election process utilized both traditional ballot papers and verbal voting, accommodating all students effectively.

Proclamation of Winners (April 9, 2024)
The results were announced the following day in a special assembly, where the newly elected officials were proclaimed. The event was filled with cheers and applause, reflecting a collective endorsement of the elected representatives.

The SOLGA 2024 event was a hallmark of democracy, leadership, and student engagement at Llavac Elementary School. It demonstrated the effective functioning of the SELG under the guidance of its advisers and the active participation of the students. The Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) of Llavac Elementary School successfully conducted its annual State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) on Monday, April 22, 2024, coinciding with the school's flag-raising ceremony.

The event commenced promptly at 8:00 AM with the traditional flag-raising, witnessed by the entire school community—students, teachers, administrative staff, and a number of parents.

The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm as the SELG, led by Kate Reyenth R. An, prepared to deliver the much-anticipated address with the guidance of the school principal Mam Priscilla Pardilla and the SELG adviser Mam Marivic Calina.

Kate, a sixth grader, opened her speech by warmly welcoming the learners and expressing gratitude towards her fellow learner government officers and the teachers for their unwavering support and cooperation.

She highlighted the achievements of the SELG over the past year, including successful initiatives like the "National Reading Month," and the "Project 236K Trees", where students participated in planting trees around the school ground, and the "Friday Reading Routine," which improved literacy enjoyment among the younger pupils.

In summary, the SOLGA 2024 was a resounding success, effectively communicating the achievements and aspirations of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government. The event not only served as a platform for the SELG to showcase its work and future agenda but also fostered a spirit of community and collaborative ambition among the students and staff of Llavac Elementary School. The GPTA Officers of DepEd Tayo - 109067 Llavac Elementary School are proud to present the successful execution of our fundraising project, "Mr. and Ms. Llavac 2024," aimed at renovating the school pathways. This initiative not only aimed to improve our school's infrastructure but also to foster community spirit and engagement.

Objective: To raise funds for the renovation of the pathways in and around the school premises, ensuring safe and accessible walkways for students, faculty, and visitors.

Event: Mr. and Ms. Llavac 2024, a talent and fashion showcase featuring students from various grades, highlighting their talents, confidence, and school spirit.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants, volunteers, sponsors, and community members whose generous contributions made this project a resounding success. Special thanks to the school administration and faculty for their unwavering support and collaboration.

Today, we shine the spotlight on an extraordinary young talent among us, Von Jhemriel T. Delica, a grade 5 pupil whose dedication, skill, and passion have truly made us proud. Participating in the Congressional District 1 Festival of Talents, Von Jhemriel represented not just himself but all of us, showcasing his remarkable abilities under the theme "Galing, Talino at Husay ng mga Batang Makabansa sa Diwa ng Matatag na Adhika."

This event, held in Mauban North District, Quezon, on March 14, 2024, was a gathering of young minds from across the district, each demonstrating their unique talents and commitment to the spirit of being a patriotic youth.
