As we progress in our academic journey, it's essential to have the right instructional materials. However, 𝙀𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙎𝙏𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮.

According to OP MEMO 30-2020, faculty members are prohibited from selling books and other learning materials, and these materials should not be required for class activities like quizzes, examinations, or subject requirements.

The Institute Student Government - Main has formally requested permission for students to wear proper civilian or casual attire from March 10-16, 2025, or until the forecasted extreme heat conditions subside. This request aims to address the ongoing high heat index, which continues to challenge the well-being of the student body.

Previously, on March 5, 2025, the Institute Student Government formally requested the non-mandatory use of the institutional uniform or shirt, permitting students to wear casual attire, while still enforcing the “NO ID/COR, NO ENTRY” rule to ensure proper identification. As of today, we have not yet received a formal response or acknowledgment of this request and, in light of the recent announcement regarding the shift in learning modality, it has been superseded.

The current request has been submitted to the Office of Student Affairs and Services and is awaiting an update.
