We are now commence to CONDUCT ON-SITE of all MARINA approved courses.

In view of the directive issued by MARINA advisory no. 2020-14 dated Mar 14, 2020 following the declaration of code ref sub level 2 for COVID-19 , SEATECH maritime training center hereby informs our valued seafarers and clients that all ongoing and upcoming training schedules shall be suspended until april 12, 2020, subject to change upon lifting of community quarantine.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: Pursuant to STCW Advisory No. 2020-04, the conduct of all maritime training courses of all maritime training institutions (MTIs) in Metro Manila shall be suspended beginning 11 March until 14 March 2020.

This is in view of Presidential Proclamation 922 to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our seafarers and MTI personnel.

Consequently, ongoing conduct of maritime training courses that are affected by the suspension under this Advisory shall be continued and completed after March 14, 2020 according to the new schedule arranged by the maritime training institutions concerned.

MTIs and manning agencies are hereby enjoined to assist the affected seafarers considering these developments in our country.

Please be advised that as per MARINA STCW Advisory 2020-04, all Maritime Training Courses in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be suspended until March 14, 2020 in pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 922, declaring a state of public health emergency due to local transmission of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19).

With this regards, all affected ongoing courses at SEATECH MARITIME TRAINING CENTER, Inc. will be suspended and will resume on Monday, March 16, 2020.
