In the competing events of Taekwondo in the Olympics, only sparring techniques are allowed. This focuses on the combat aspect of Taekwondo, where athletes engage in controlled fights, earning points for successful kicks and punches while adhering to strict rules to ensure safety and fairness.
Taekwondo can also be seen in Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Tony Jaa movies, as well as many Hong Kong action films.

Due to the expected heavy rainfall and flooding brought by Typhoon Carina on July 23, 2024, we postponed pre-school classes. However, Ballet and Piano have their exhibit event this weekend and other Special Course for Trial Classes will re-schedule on August 03, 2024 - Saturday 9am.
The resumption date for Pre school class on July 29, 2024 - Monday.
