NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: Please be informed that the processing and releasing of COC, COE, and COP, including the MARINA ID, have been transferred from Parkview Plaza (Masagana Telemart) Taft Avenue corner Kalaw Street, Ermita, Manila to the MARINA Extension Office located at 5th floor SM City Manila from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) (currently being pilot tested with limited slots available) from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Further, the expedite processing and releasing of COC, COE, and COP filed by manning agencies through their MARINA accredited Liaison Officer will be strictly at 3rd Floor MARINA Central Office, Port Area, Manila.
