How to book tradetesting at Filjap Welding Institute and Tradetest Center Inc. ?

The employer is responsible for providing the Welding Performance Specification, which will be prepared by the Filjap Welding Institute. The following steps will be taken:

Step 1: WPS Evaluation
The Filjap Welding Institute will review the WPS to determine if they can meet the employer's requirements.

Step 2: Formal Offer (If accepted by Filjap Welding Institute)
Upon acceptance, the Filjap Welding Institute will send a formal offer and quotation that includes the testing date, the number of candidates, and a description of the materials.

Step 3: Secure Date/DP
Two weeks prior the desired date.

Step 4: Appointment Letter
Once the downpayment has been verified, the Filjap Welding Institute will provide an appointment date.

Step 5: Testing Day

Step 1. [ Mag fill up ng application form ] Ang application form ay available sa aming school located sa 421 Palmera St Brgy 402 Sampaloc, Manila. Kung ikaw naman ay nasa malayong lugar pwede namin ipadalaang form via email.

Step 2. [ Self-assessment guide ] Ang self assessment guide ay available sa aming school.

Step 3. [ Certificate of Employment ] Kung ikaw ay industry worker, required na magsubmit ng Certificate of Employment. Tandaan na kinakailangan na higit sa anim (6) na buwan ang experience mo na related sa kukunin mong qualification.

Step 4. [ Valid ID at Birth Certificate, ID Picture ] Mag submit ng isang photocopy ng government issued ID, photocopy ng iyong birth certificate na authenticated ng PSA at 4pcs Passport Size ID Picture with white background and name tag, ang damit ay formal or with collar.

Step 5. [ Practicing Covid-19 Preventive Measure in the workplace ] Bago iproseso ang iyong assessment application ay kinakailangan mo kumuha ng course na ito, maaaring bumisita sa e-tesda.gov.ph

Step 6. [ Submission of Requirements ] Upang ma-proseso ang inyong assessment application kinakailangan na kumpleto ang documentary requirements.

Step 7. [ Payment ] Matapos i-verify at suriin ang mga requirements, maari ng magbayad ng kalahati ng Assessment Fee para sa security ng inyong slot. At ang kabuuhang bayad naman ay maaaring isettle bago ang nakatakdang assessment date o sa mismong araw ng assessment. (Basahin ang Terms and Conditions). Paraan ng pag bayad ay maaaring pumunta sa aming school o mag bayad sa authorized GCash account ng Filjap Welding 09213840120 R****L A at ipadalaang confirmation ng payment sa fb messenger ng Filjap Welding.

Step 8. [ Confirmation of Assessment Schedule ]Kung ang related qualification nyo ay nakabio na ng SAMPUNG (10) applicants, kayo ay makakatanggap ng tawag at text mula sa aming Processing Staff upang i-confirm ang inyong availability sa araw ng assessment.

Step 9. [ Assessment Schedule ] Makakatanggap ng final text message at mga paalala para sa assessment day. Paalala na no show, no refund at no same day cancellation dahil ang araw na nilaan ng TESDA at Assessor ay hindi pwedeng i-reschedule.

Step 10. [ NC Issuance ] After ng inyong assessment at kung Ikaw ay competent, ikaw ay gagawaran ng National Certificate base sa iyong qualification. Maaaring i-check ang email para sa e-certificate at hintayin ang release ng hard copy certificate from TESDA District Manila na ipapadala sa Filjap Welding Institute. Maaaring mag follow up via text at call sa 09273840120.
