- Certificate of Employment
- Transcript of Records (Bachelor's degree for MS applicants; Bachelor's & Master's degree for Ph.D. & DCJ applicants) with REMARKS: Copy for PCCR.
- Diploma (Bachelor's degree for MS applicants; Bachelor's & Master's degree for Ph.D. & DCJ applicants)
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (for new students) / Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
STEP 2: Register & Upload your Documents.
Take note of your Temporary Password.
The Graduate School Admissions Team will evaluate your application within 24 working hours.
They may contact you if there are any issues with your application.
STEP 3: Check your Admission Status.
Take note of your Temporary Student Number and Temporary Password as you will be needing these when you re-open your application to check update, and uploading of payment receipt.
STEP 4: Once your Admission Status has been accepted, check your Enrollment Status by using your temporary student number and password.
STEP 5: Pay your tuition in PCCR's Official Payment Channels and upload your receipt.
STEP 6: Take note of your official student number and PCCR email (which will be reflected in your official registration form or ORF.
Wait for the announcement of the Student Orientation to be held on September 7, 2024. Stand by for the official announcement to your respective GCs.
