Adamson University, through the Office for Student Affairs, in collaboration with other student service offices, invites freshmen and transferees to attend the HeadStart! New College Students' Orientation scheduled on July 30 to August 6, 2024, at the Adamson University Theater.

The freshmen and transferees will be notified of the day and time of their schedule via the email addresses they have provided upon enrollment. Kindly check the spam folder.

The Parent/Guardian is expected to join the students on the given schedule.

The New College Students' Orientation SY 2024-2025 originally scheduled for Monday, July 29, 2024, will be moved to Thursday, August 1, 2024, due to the recent flooding caused by Typhoon Carina. The time slot and venue will be the same as the original schedule.

Other dates of orientation will continue as scheduled.

Due to the massive flooding caused by Typhoon Carina these past few days, students may wear appropriate shorts such as khakis/jeans with crocs, clogs or slippers/sandals for today, July 26, 2024.

For everyone’s safety, classes and work in offices are suspended tomorrow, July 25, 2024 due to the continuous heavy rainfall and widespread flooding.
Mid-Year Final Examinations will be moved to Friday, July 26, 2024.
Freshmen Enrollment will resume on Friday, July 26, 2024.

Klasmeyts, Adamson University opens its doors to the students seeking refuge due to heavy rains caused by Typhoon Carina.

Locations such as the AUSG Hall and CS and FRC buildings will be available for temporary shelter. Kindly coordinate with the university security for guidance with regards to the exact locations of the designated shelters. The University will also provide meals.

Kindly bring your School ID upon entrance in the university for proper identification. Stay safe and connected, everyone! 💙

The Office for Student Affairs would like to thank Rev. Fr. Andrew Bayal, CM, for his unwavering support, hard work, and commitment to student welfare. In his 15 years of dedicated service to the University, he held the position of Vice President for Student Affairs for 13 years, with concurrent positions in OSA, OSAS, and NSTP. He is also a Philippine Navy Marine Reservist holding the rank of Major. We wish him all the best in his new pastoral missionary assignment abroad.

We congratulate Rev. Fr. Aldrin Suan, CM on his appointment as the new Vice President for Student Affairs. Fr. Aldrin served as a parish priest in a local church in Payatas, Quezon City, before joining Adamson University as the Chairperson of the Social Sciences Department and later as the Director of the Office for Athletic Development. At his helm as OAD Director, he significantly improved the Adamson Soaring Falcons, putting the team back on top.

The Vincentian Student Leaders attended the recently concluded 15th Adamson Leaders Congress, held on July 2-5, 2024 at the Co Po Ty Hall and Real Extreme Adventure Park in Real, Quezon. This year's theme of "Living the Legacy of Vincentian Identity and Mission" set as a reminder to the student leaders to follow in the footsteps of our patron saint, St Vincent de Paul. The Adamson Leaders Congress is the annual leadership training for newly elected/appointed student leaders from various Recognized Student Organizations, with the objective of preparing them for their leadership roles in their respective organizations.
