- If graduates are unavailable within their scheduled time and date, they may authorize a representative to claim their graduation documents. The representative must bring an authorization letter and photocopies of both their own ID and the student’s ID. The xerox copy of the aforementioned IDs must be in one bond paper only and make sure that it's already stapled.
- Bring your own ballpen.
