SEXERCISE

As the caption above says, sex is NOT WORK but exercise. Thus sexual intercourse follows the rules of all exercise "activity" thus:

1. Dynamic Warm up( Not stretching ooooo) before sex.
2. The intensity and duration can be controlled. So go hard and long ONLY IF YOU CAN.
3. There are many angles and positions to be explored,utilized and taken advantage of.
4. Use props when necessary. So hold the head of the bed,the burglary proof bars,the shoulder of your partner etc when and if you can.
5. Rest after each set/round.
6. The more lean muscle you have,the easier it is.
7.Vocalization may be kept to a minimum.
8. Warm down and stretch after sex.
9. Eat adequately before and after sex.
10. Drink water before,during and after sex.
11. Don't engage in sex daily.
