Good morning bright and gay ladies of the UK chapter, under the leadership of Laolu Adewunmi. This is to inform you that it is our alma mater’s Diamond Jubilee and we shall all be celebrating . Yetunde Odunlami is our representative on the planning committee. Some of the UK executives are going to Lagos to represent the UK chapter. It’s our quarterly general meeting this Sunday 17th Sept 2023 at 7pm. Pls join to get update on our welfare package, update on our alma mater’s 60th Anniversary celebrations in Lagos and ours in UK, our next outing in October is going to a Spa. Where we would go and spoil ourselves and let our hair down and put our feet up, you will also hear our plans for the end of year party. BBQ is round the corner! In fact it is this saturday! Please endeavour to attend on time prompt. We are are going to be on the Old Kent road side, of Bugress Park, almost opposite the mosque. If coming by bus, drop at Tesco bus stop, coming from Elephant and Castle. Lots of goodies to collect! Come with your foldable chairs, dancing shoes, OGA T shirt, family members. Fun all the way….

We all met, munched and mingled yesterday. We reminisced, let our hair down, joked, lots of camaraderie. It was fun…. Thanks to all who attended. Pls note we are having our picnic in the park in 26th Aug 2023 at 1pm at Chelmsford. Pls do not miss it. It promises to be another lovely event. Pls come in your T shirt and jeans. Dear Bright and gay ladies, hope you had a nice weekend… the day is finally upon us, when we shall meet, munch and mingle at Cosmos in Romford at 5pm on 29th July 29 2023. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF TIME. Looking forward to seeing you looking bright and gay. Pls let’s try and arrive on time. Because of us, the train strikes have been cancelled.
