NOTICE OF ADMISSION

This is to notify all prospective applicants and the general public that Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese-Ijebu has commenced the sales of 2026/2027 Post-UTME forms. Admission forms are available for the following National Diploma (ND) courses at the rate of Two Thousand Naira Only (₦2,000).

(A). ELIGIBILITY:

i. Applicants that chose the institution as first choice in the 2026 JAMB UTME and scored 100 and above, or apply for change of institution at any JAMB accredited CBT centre and choose OSPOHAS as first choice.

ii. Interested applicants must be at least Sixteen (16) years of age by 30th of September, 2026.

(B) O’LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Five (5) O’LEVEL Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings.

(C) HND REQUIREMENTS:

i. National Diploma (ND) Result not less than Lower Credit in relevant course from recognized Polytechnic or College of Health Technology.
ii. National Diploma (ND) JAMB Admission Letter
iii. Five (5) O’Level Credit listed in (B) above
iv. Compulsory one (1) year internship or SIWES, EXCEPT straight programme.

Applicants with the current 2026 JAMB result of 100 and above are to obtain the Post-UTME Screening Form at ₦2,000 only through the school portal address:

OSPOHAS Conducts First Matriculation Ceremony for KWASU Affiliate Students

The Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences (OSPOHAS), Ilese-Ijebu, today 9th March, 2026, conducted its first matriculation ceremony for students admitted into its Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete affiliation programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The historic ceremony, held at the Adetumbi Hall of the Polytechnic, formally admitted the fresh students into the academic community of the institution and marking a major milestone in the partnership between OSPOHAS and KWASU.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Vice Chancellor Kwara state university Molete, (KWASU) Professor Shekh Lukman Alade Jimoh described the matriculation as a significant milestone in the growing academic partnership between KWASU and Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences (OSPOHAS), Ilese-Ijebu while also commending the management of the Polytechnic for its commitment to quality education and for sustaining standards worthy of the affiliation programme.

Professor Lukman who was represented by Deputy Vice Chancellor of Kwara State University (KWASU), Professor Olubukola Dada Christiana, also charged the matriculating students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to academic excellence, noting that matriculation marks the beginning of a journey of responsibility, learning, and character development.

The Matriculation Oath was administered by the Deputy Registrar, KWASU,Mr Imam Saka after which the students formally pledged allegiance to the rules and regulations guiding their studentship at the Kwara state University.

Reaffirming its institutional philosophy, the rector Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences Ilese Ijebu who was represented by the deputy rector, Dr Yusuf Babatunde reiterated its mission to be the fulcrum of a knowledge-driven society, building competencies through creativity and cutting-edge technology,and its vision to be the foremost institution in expanding the frontier of knowledge.

Among other delegates present at the event were the Deputy Registrar kwara state university Mr. Saka Imam; Director of Academic Planning kwara state university, Professor Emmanuel O. Shani; Assistant Director, Affiliation Programme, KWASU, Dr. Israel Segun Ogundele

A memorable milestone for Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences as the institution, in affiliation with Kwara State University, holds its 1st Matriculation Ceremony for students of the Degree and Linkage Programme. 🎓

This historic event marks the formal admission of students into the academic community and reflects the continuous growth and advancement of the institution in higher education.
