Do you want to remain healthy as a believer?

It's been proven times without number, with history bearing records and people witnessing this from time to time, that three things are crucial to having a healthy spiritual life. In other words, with three things, you set yourself up for a beautiful, healthy, and abundant life as a believer.

The three things are *Knowledge* (John 3:31-33; John 17:3; Hosea 4:6, 6:6; Romans 10:2), *Faith* (Romans 10:14; John 14:29; Hebrews 11:6) and *Action*(John 16:2-3; James 2:22-26)

To be a healthy believer, you'll need to have the knowledge of God because it is on the knowledge that your faith is built and established. No one believes nothing. If someone asks what you believe you don't say 'nothing, I just believe'. No. You'll have to say what you believe. Then, you believe what you have known. Afterwards, you act on what you believe based on the knowledge you have.

Go for *knowledge* , then your *faith* will be built up, and when your *actions* follow, you will live in an endless season of complete health in all dimensions.

Many Pastors need to say sorry to their wives, children and congregations.

Many Men need to say sorry to their wives and children.

Many Grandparents need to say sorry to their children and grandchildren.

Many Bosses need to say sorry to their employees and subordinates at work.

It's time for us to receive healing in our lives starting from our homes to the church and community at large.

Many people are emotionally wounded and it has affected their productivity in career and ministry.

We have had many cases of people on the lower cadre say sorry to the their superiors but I believe the healing process and restoration won't be complete if it doesn't come from the superiors too.

God has healed us as a couple, family, church, community and nation. He only wants us to receive by doing the needful - dropping our pride and paying attention to the emotional needs of our people.

If we can be so intentional about this as are about having our meals, in a short time the whole land will enjoy more of God than we do now.
