AN 'OKADA' RIDER BAGGED FIRST CLASS; SUARA OLALEKAN TIRIMISIYU

Diligence is not about the quantity of available resources but making use of them no matter how small they are.
Olalekan Suara lost his mother while he was in primary school and his aged father died in the year 2020.

He attended Marvelous nursery and primary school, Ogunbowale community, Ehin-Osun, Ijebu East Local government of Ogun State for his primary education. He proceeded to Ijebu-Ife Community Grammar School, Ijebu Ife for his secondary education where he was the headboy; making him the second headboy from his family in the same school.

Getting to Ijebu Ode for survival was one of the biggest challenges to him. Through information and closed people's assistance, he got a bike (popularly known as Okada) for daily delivery. Due to his quest for education, he enrolled into
National Teachers' Institute (NTI), Ijebu Ode centre at Adeola Odutola College premises where he studied Integrated Science/Mathematics.

Later, he sat for UTME and applied for Geography and Environmental Management at Tai Solarin Federal University of Education(TASFUED) (formerly known as Tai Solarin University of Education; TASUED).
Closed source reveal that Olalekan attempted deferring his admission in 200L, 300L and 400L respectively due to serious financial challenge. Sources of encouragement and personal determination kept him through his undergraduate days.

Olalekan graduated with a CGPA of 4.52; from the department of Geography and Environmental Management.
Though he's not the overall first class students in the university but his story come with series of challenges and personal struggles.

We specially congratulate him and other graduands of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education on their convocation convocation today.

TASUED CONDUCTED ORIENTATION FOR THE NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS

The acting Vice-Chancellor of Tai Solarin University of Education; Prof. Olanrewaju Adekunle Adeogun officially welcomed the newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This was contained in the university's official page on Tuesday. The matriculation ceremony is slated for Thursday, 11th December, 2025.
