From the recycled material to the sustainable creation like this sustainable necklace I’m wearing (made by me from upcycled materials!), this is my honest journey.

To my yoga friends, yoga is still the root. It’s the silence that allows my hands to create.

To those who have been here for the yoga flow, thank you. My yoga practice is still here, but now it flows into the way I make and the way I live. I hope you’ll stay to see how stillness can be found in mending the world around us.
