Summer School Starts June 15th!

We are happy to announce that Summer School Classes will begin on June 15th. Students whose names are listed for Summer School are required to attend in order to be promoted to the next grade level. Students who do not attend Summer School will repeat their current grade. Please call or visit the school office to register your child and for more information.

As Matt prepares to walk down the aisle this afternoon to receive his Associate’s degree, all of us at Assumption School would like to congratulate him on this wonderful achievement! 🎓

Matt is one of our new Teacher Assistants this year and has already proven to be very active, reliable, and dedicated. You can truly see his passion for the career path he has chosen, and we are grateful to have him as part of our school family. 🤍💙

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please be informed that our 4th Quarter Exams will be held tomorrow and Friday, May 21–22. These will be half days for all students.

We would also like to wish all our students the very best on their exams. Study hard, do your best, and make yourselves proud. Good luck to everyone!

Due to the heavy rain today, we are releasing students early as the McAuliff Hallway is experiencing flooding and the floors are very slippery.

Please arrange to pick up your children after lunch. The school bus will also be dropping students off.

It was a special moment for us to receive these from our former principal—now our colleague—Ms. Sandy Dismas Konelios. We once stood as her students at Assumption School, and today we stand as principal and vice principal. That full-circle moment is something we deeply value.

Being a principal isn’t always easy—there are long days, tough decisions, and quiet sacrifices—but moments like this remind us why we do what we do. We carry forward the lessons, guidance, and example set before us, grounded in our school motto, “Loving God By Serving Others.”
