Buenos días a todos ustedes mis queridos amigos donde se que estén.

Mucho se habla de " el poder de la mente" o de la frase en ingles " mind over matter", frases casi esotéricas verdad?

Bueno en la practica podemos asociar estas frases a la "neuroplasticidad" del cerebro que es un proceso químico y físico que sucede en nuestro cerebro que le da la habilidad de aprender cosas, que le permite adaptarse a entornos nuevos y hasta de modificarlo para su conveniencia.

Lo que me hace recordar de la necesidad de cuidar también de este poderoso órgano ,nuestro cerebro.

Cuerpo sano mente sana .

Ahi lo tienen lo esotérico aplicado a la materia.
