W.O.W contestants doing dance fit!! What a great saturday morning with the War On Weight contestants, We all had lots of reasons to break a sweat and yet learning dance moves whilst at it!

Yet another new session of dance starting -
Day/Time - Saturday morning, 11-12 noon
Starting 8th September
Just come along and drop-in, we're going to explore all the different dances a couple of them a week.
How about a little tango to go with your salsa to begin with?

For those out there who enjoy swinging - and I mean the dance nothing else :) allow me to invite you to a NEW regular dance session.
Lone Star Grill and The Dance Studio are joining forces to provide you with a venue to dance SWING and we'd love to invite you along. AND IT'S FREE, FREE, FREE.

When? I'm glad you asked.
Every Friday from THIS Friday (24th August) at the Lone Star Grill on West Bay Road. Free lesson from 9 - 9.30pm, and music for dancing to until 11pm at least.
We'd all love to see you there.
I am also told that there has been a signature cocktail prepared for the night.
Come down and see us swing the night away.
I'll be there to teach and to dance with you.

For those who couldn't make it, dance fit was greatly enjoyed by most people, a 90% enjoyment rate.

Hi all, Graham Heron dance instructor for the Dance Studio. As the demand for a Saturday class has been so eloquently expressed by so many, THIS Saturday we are extending the FREE class, 2-3pm. I will be covering dances from ballroom, latin and club styles. Love to see you all there.

Graham is the new dance instructor for The Dance Studio. He is an energetic, enthusiastic, entertaining and experienced dancer freshly down from Toronto, Canada, formerly from Manchester, England. He also has a very British sense of humour. He has been dancing for over 15 years having started dancing with the Manchester Student Dance Society. He immediately caught the dance bug and began dancing 15 hours a week, an average level he has maintained since then. He is a strong technician in both the Standard and Latin dances and is a very strong lead as well as being a very adept follower, and can teach both skills to a very high level. His favourite Latin dances are Rumba and Cha-Cha-Cha. His favourite Standard dances are Quickstep and Waltz.
He has been strongly focussed on freestyle dance as he takes pride in being able to dance successfully with anyone from beginner to advanced level. He is also adept at choreography and especially likes developing wedding choreography to unusual musical choices.
Now that you know more about Graham we would like to have the opportunity to meet all you dancers on Grand Cayman. As such The Dance Studio is offering TWO free group sessions, not just one as promised.
We intend to give a quick introduction to a number of difference dances, enough to titillate and entertain at the very least.
If you can come to both, great we’d love to see you there twinkling those toes and strutting your stuff. It’s a fine opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to get to know The Dance Studio. Questions are not only welcome, they are encouraged. Please feel free to ask, we are there for you.
