Start your day off right! This is truly an excellent practice I filmed 2 years ago. It only has 200 views, I would love to share this with many more individuals who may need some peace right now.

Enjoy a yoga practice with the sound of the sea. Join me in this 30 minute morning yoga practice for the full body. This yoga practice is a great way to clear your mind in order to have a clear intention for the day. Set yourself an intention for the practice, but be sure to set yourself an intention for when you leave your mat. You can continue to do that as you move through your day. Set an intention when you arrive at your workspace when you meet a friend when you arrive back to the family.

This yoga practice is a beginner class but suitable for everyone ❤️
