The National Culinary Youth were busy getting competition-ready with a knife skills session ahead of the World BBQ League qualifier!

Big thanks to Leon Lajat from Foster’s Food Fair, and internationally renowned Pit Master Liz Wunderlich for sharing their expertise and inspiring the next generation.

Our National Youth Culinary Programme students are enjoying some amazing masterclasses being held in the kitchens at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. Last week's class was about making layered and beautifully decorated cakes, filled with chocolate mousse and finished with Italian Buttercream frosting and fondant.
