we successfully organized a visit for over one hundred high school students to a university in Siem Reap. This visit was part of a collaboration established through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Angkor university.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the students with the University environment, introduce them to the university’s curriculum, and provide an overview of the criteria for admission. By giving these students firsthand experience, we aim to help them make informed decisions about their future education and inspire them to pursue higher learning in an institution that aligns with their goals.

• កម្មវិធីសញ្ញាប័ត្រភាសាអង់គ្លេសឥតគិតថ្លៃរយៈពេលពីរឆ្នាំត្រូវបានបន្ថែមទៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស។
• ទទួលបានការបញ្ចុះតម្លៃលើថ្លៃសិក្សា ធ្វើឱ្យការអប់រំកាន់តែមានតម្លៃសមរម្យសម្រាប់សិស្ស និងអ្នកឧបត្ថម្ភ។
• សាកលវិទ្យាល័យអង្គរនឹងបញ្ជូននិស្សិតរបស់ខ្លួនទៅជួយបង្រៀនកុមារនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអប់រំដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ HVTO ។

We are thrilled to announce that on Monday, October 7, 2024, HVTO and Angkor University officially entered into a partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

This partnership brings several significant benefits to HVTO students, including:

• Access to the highest quality education provided by Angkor University.
• A two-year Free English Diploma program added to our curriculum.
• Discounts on tuition fees, making education more affordable for our students and their sponsors.
• Angkor University will send its students to assist in teaching children at HVTO campuses.
• New opportunities for employments and scholarships for study abroad programs.

We believe this partnership will greatly enrich the lives of our students as both HVTO and Angkor University share a common vision for empowering students and creating pathways to future success.

កម្មវិធីទឹកស្អាតរបស់អង្គការ HVTO គឺជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមដ៏មានឥទ្ធិពលមួយ ដែលបង្កើតឡើងដើម្បីកផ្តល់ទឹកស្អាតដល់គ្រួសាររស់នៅជនបទក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលពីមុនខ្វះលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានធនធានដ៏សំខាន់នេះ។ តាមរយៈការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ក្រុមយើង និងដោយមានការគាំទ្រមិនគួរឱ្យជឿពី ADOL ដែលជាអង្គការដៃគូមកពីហុងកុង យើងអាចធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងជីវិតគ្រួសារជាច្រើននៅក្នុងសហគមន៍របស់យើង។

The HVTO Clean Water Program is an impactful initiative dedicated to providing clean water to rural families in Cambodia who previously lacked access to this vital resource. Through the efforts of our team and with the incredible support from ADOL, a partner organization from Hong Kong, we have been able to make a significant difference in the lives of many families in our community. The project focuses on setting up clean water systems that will ensure a sustainable and safe water supply, addressing a critical need and improving the overall health and wellbeing of the community. This collaboration not only brings clean water but also empowers the rural population by providing them with a fundamental resource for a healthier and more prosperous life. The partnership with ADOL has been instrumental in making this project a reality, and we are grateful for their generous contribution that has made a lasting impact on countless lives in Cambodia.

The HVTO Home Building project aims to address the critical housing needs of rural Cambodian families facing extreme poverty and inadequate living conditions. Since its inception in 2016, the program has successfully secured funds to build homes for the homeless and those with the poorest housing, benefiting to more than 152 people. These homes offer stability and safety, transforming lives by providing a secure place to live. For families like Chheat Lyta's, who previously lived in dire conditions, this project has made a world of difference. With additional sponsorship, the construction of homes has helped alleviate the burden of poverty by enabling families to focus on improving their livelihoods, sending their children to school, and breaking the cycle of generational poverty.

HVTO is committed to continuing this initiative, providing more homes and hope to those in need.

At the HVTO Center II, located in Romdeng Village, we are committed to providing free English and Computer classes to rural children who would otherwise lack access to higher education. Our center serves as a beacon of hope, offering these students the tools they need to enhance their skills and break the cycle of poverty in their families and communities.

By equipping these children with essential knowledge in both language and technology, we are empowering them to pursue better educational and employment opportunities in the future. Our efforts are driven by the belief that education is the key to a brighter, more sustainable future for these young individuals, as it opens doors to new possibilities and inspires lifelong learning.

Dear HVTO Supporters, Donors, and Friends,

The HVTO team is extremely excited to share that we have received another remarkable donation from Bruce and Jeanene, which will enable us to make further impactful improvements at HVTO.

We are currently working together to prioritize which projects to implement first. This generous donation includes the construction of three houses for three needy families, as well as the renewal of sponsorship for 12 students.

To give you a bit of background, Bruce and Jeanene first traveled to Cambodia and visited HVTO in 2018, where they began sponsoring six students. In 2021, they returned and donated funds to build a brick wall around HVTO I Center, a large restroom, and landscaping. Additionally, they helped build a house for a widowed mother and enrolled more students in our sponsorship program.

The HVTO team is committed to ensuring that their financial support continues to make a lasting positive impact on our children, students, and the community at large.

As Bruce said, "My wife and I love HVTO, and we feel it’s the greatest blessing to have met Piseth. We are committed to supporting him and his cause for years to come."
