Is your project schedule (time) running away from you or with you?

Managing time in your projects is a crucial endeavour that needs to be clearly thought out from early on in the project.

Are you having a hard time balancing your work load/ project activities vs time? Try this:
1. Make a list of all the work activities to be done
2. Approximate the amount of time each activity will take- you can get this info from similar tasks/ projects
3. Look at what tasks can be done in parallel
4. Aggregate the total time needed to accomplish all the tasks e.g 2 weeks, 5 days etc
5. Put an actual timeline to your aggregated time e.g. from March 16th to April 20th.

2️⃣ Transactional - Managers using this type of style receive certain tasks to perform and provide rewards or punishments to team members based on performance results

3️⃣ Servant leader - This type of Leadership concentrates on relationships,  commitment to serve and put other people first.

4️⃣ Transformational - Managers empower the team through ideal attributes and behaviours, inspiration, motivation hence encouraging innovation and creativity. They inspire teams with a shared mission and vision about future goals.

5️⃣ Charismatic- These type of leaders persuade their teams through their personality/charm such as high energy,  enthusiasm,  strong belief, self- confidence among other traits. This style can be seen in activists, political and religious figures etc.

6️⃣ Interactional - This Leadership Style is a combination of transactional, transformationaland Charismatic. The Manager takes into account variables such as work environment,  org. culture, market conditions etc.
