This year I have had so little time to post and share what I do as I ve been busy cooking 😁 BUT I had to share this one before it´s gone !
May I introduce you to our Christmas adventure.
This is our Funky Bhangra burger in Christmas outfit.
I here combined our traditional Indian lamb burger with the Swedish Christmas table. Using the traditional green kale that’s been cooked in stock from the Christmas ham as a salad I additionally cooked it in Ghee and a bit of cream and Hing (spice). Then I topped the burger with another Swedish favorite the red beet/apple salad, adding pomegranate, ginger, cinnamon, and a little bit of hot Indian chili. The burger is a seasonal treat and will only be on for a few more days if you like to catch it before it leaves 😉
