Becoming future-ready: Adjusting Quickly with New Teams

Digitisation, artificial intelligence and robotics is changing every sphere of our lives very fast. Permanent jobs have started getting replaced with contractual jobs in many sectors. When today’s children start their professional life, most of them will be hired for projects rather than jobs. Your engineer daughter/son will be selected through a competitive process to play a role in a complex, multidisciplinary, multicultural project which will last for a few days to a few months. She/he will have to quickly adjust to the new team, work closely with them, socialise freely with them and then move on to find a new project and adjust with another new team all in a short time span. It will be just like the people who make movies or music today!

Work-life affects personal life intimately. So, the dynamics of home, work and society will be very different from what we experience today.

Therefore, we need to provide today’s children an opportunity to learn 'What They Don't Teach You at School'. They will require several skills in addition to what the formal education system inculcates.

With guidance from our multidisciplinary Advisory Board, Altaveu Academy trains children and teens in skills which are essential for their future professional and personal lives. These future-ready, balanced, confident and happy youngsters will be better placed to cultivate positive relationships with their work, family, friends and society.
