Department of Pharmacy (D. Pharma), SIRDA Group of Institutions , Visits Herbal Garden and Pharmaceutical Industry.

The Department of Pharmacy (D. Pharma) at SIRDA Group of Institutions organized an educational visit to RIISM Joginder Nagar and the Government Ayurvedic Pharmacy on March 21-22, 2025. This visit provided students with valuable insights into herbal plants and pharmaceutical equipment.

During the visit, students received hands-on experience with herbal plants and learned about equipment handling under the guidance of industry professionals. The cordial and supportive environment enabled them to enhance their practical understanding of the field.

They expressed their gratitude to Er. Poonam Chaudhary, Principal, SIRDA Group of Institutions, for facilitating the visit and providing essential support and guidance.

The Department of Pharmacy (D. Pharma) at SIRDA Group of Institutions organized an educational visit to Harihar Hospital and Durga Medical Store, providing students with valuable insights into clinical laboratory operations and community pharmacy management.

During the visit, students gained hands-on knowledge about store management and laboratory equipment handling, guided by the concerned professionals at the hospital and medical store. The visit was conducted in a cordial and supportive environment, allowing students to enhance their practical understanding of the field.

Theme: “Entrepreneurship & Startups in Pharma and Pharmacy Practice: Encouraging Innovation, Incubation Centers and Pharmaceutical Startups.”

In which Er. Poonam Chaudhary (MD SIRDA Polytechnic) and Mr. Ajay Pal Singh (HOD, Department of Chemistry) honoured us with their valuable presence as the chief guests of the Day.
