- *Do you make calls to inquirers?*
No, we do not make calls from our official numbers. We only send text messages to inquirers who have approached us.

- *Do you send OTPs to tutors or clients?*
No, we do not send any OTPs to tutors or clients.

- *Do you offer part-time or full-time employment?*
No, we do not provide part-time or full-time employment of any kind to anyone.

- *Do you promise jobs to anyone?*
No, we do not promise jobs of any kind to anyone.

- *What kind of tutors can you provide?*
We are capable of providing tutors at postgraduate, graduate, or postdoctoral levels. We also offer private tutors who have completed their education in English medium schools or from boards like CISCE (ICSE and ISC), CBSE, IGCSE, IB, or any state boards.

- *Do you have a referral reward system?*
Yes, we provide rewards to parents or students who refer others to our consultancy and appoint a tutor through us.

- *Do you charge tutors a registration fee?*
No, we currently do not charge tutors any registration fees to join our team.

- *What is your official mode of communication?*
We advise everyone to communicate only via our official WhatsApp numbers: +91 8100554687 and +91 9831435900. These numbers provide 24/7 chat support. Additionally, we have an automated chatbot service on both numbers.

- *What should tutors do if they relocate?*
If a tutor relocates, they should inform us immediately. We will transfer them from one WhatsApp group to another, based on their new location. For example, if a tutor is in the Kolkata, West Bengal group and moves to Pune, Maharashtra, we will forward the link to join the Pune group. However, if the new location is not covered by our consultancy, we will not be able to add them to a new WhatsApp group.

- *How does online tuition work?*
For online tuition, there is no need to worry about location changes. We forward all online tuition information to all relevant WhatsApp groups.
