Samsung Technical School Provides the opportunity to learn about the latest mobile phones, audiovisual, and home appliance products. The training covers areas such as Repair, Troubleshooting, and Installation.

The Samsung Advanced Repair & Industrial Skill Enhancement Courses are:
1. Hand-Held Phones is commonly known as H H P
2. ROOM AIR CONDITIONER AND HOME APPLIANCE is commonly known as R A C H A

Hand-Held Phones H H P
In this course, you learn to repair, troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly of mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets.
The course duration will be of 3 months
Course fee after discount would be of 12250, Twelve thousand and two fifty rupees only,
Education qualifications are P U C or 12th, I T I, Diploma, Any Degree from a recognized university

ROOM AIR CONDITIONER AND HOME APPLIANCE R A C H A
In this course, You learn to repair, troubleshooting, installation of Air Conditioners, Washing machines, Refrigerators, and Micro oven.
The course duration will be of 4 months
Course fee after discount would be of 16000, sixteen thousand rupees only,
Education qualifications are P U C or 12th, I T I, Diploma, Any Degree from a recognized university

The Training period will be divided into three Levels,
Level 1:
Basic training
which covers Basic electronics from scratch such as Electronic Safety & Allied Training, Electronic Fundamental, Basic Electronics, Semiconductors, Transistor & Applications.
Level 2:
ARISE Advanced Repair and Industrial Skill Enhancement
Basic Terminology, Overview of Technologies, Safety and Precautions, Basic Tools Identification & Function, Product Overview, Types of Mobile Phone & its Features, Assembly & Disassembly Process, Soldering & Desoldering process, About Software& I M E I Writing, Troubleshooting, Repair & Service guide, E-waste, and Plastic waste, etc
Level 3:
O S T On-site training
One Month On-Site Training will be provided at Samsung Service Centre and Real-Time Interaction with customers.

Now adding extra strength to the course we provide empathy Training.
The Empathy Training covers areas such as I am a Corporate Citizen now!, Workplace Ethics, how to handle Pressure at work, Telephone Etiquette, Listening Skills, Grooming/Personal Hygiene Handling, Irate Customers, A Pledge & Real Life Situations.

Our course highlights are:
Free for S C / S T: yes According to Government norms, no course fee will be applicable for S C and S T candidates.
Certificate of Training: A Government-authorized certification on successful completion of the course.
NSQF Compliant course: The course offered is NSQF Compliant and approved by Samsung Electronic India Private Ltd too.
Industry Linked dual system of learning: The course content updated with the latest industry requirements which are currently existing.
On-Site Training: One Month On-Site Training will be provided at Samsung Service Centre and Real-Time Interaction with customers.
