Country Kids Day Nursery

What a lovely morning the children have had looking at and getting to touch the animals. Toddlers and pre-school enjoyed a story incorporating the animals into it. We have learnt how to care for animals and treat them kindly. We also all practiced good hygiene and to wash our hands after touching the animals. Thank you Zoolab for this wonderful experience 🪱🪳🕷🦎🐀

A lovely Easter celebration at our Easter service, the children had lots of fun wearing their Easter bonnets and singing all of the songs we’ve been practicing over the weeks. A big well done to all our children 🐥🐣

The children had a minutes silence today for Remembrance Day 🌺 Holding their poppies very proudly. They later put them all outside for everyone to see.

The preschool children today enjoyed a lovely country walk down the track to the farm

As part of the EYFS we have promoted healthy eating and oral hygiene with a really fun week for the children

It is with a heavy heart due to the covid-19 and the decline in numbers of children at nursery, we have decided Country kids day nursery will temporarily close tomorrow 27/03/2020. We will keep you all updated through email with updates of our return. We want to thank you all again for your continued support and hope to see you all very soon.
All staff are in good health and now off home to be with their families.

Country kids has been asked to provide childcare for ‘key workers’ children as identified in the governments ‘key worker list’ . Yesterday 20/03/2020 we closed to everyone else.

Myself Jane would like to say a big thank you to all my wonderful staff, who have all put themselves forward to work, so our key worker parents can carry out their vital roles.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all of our parents who do not fall in the ‘key worker list’ we have received endless emails of support from you all and I can say it truly means a lot to myself and staff.

We are receiving daily updates from our local authority in response to where we should be at. I want to ensue you I will work closely with my staff and support them as they carry out their important roles.

We will keep all parents updated as and when we receive any information.
Again I would just like to say a heartwarming thank you to you all for you continued support and I hope we are all back together again soon.
