由上星期嘅 3 月 27 日（星期五）開始，
國際民航組織更新咗《危險物品安全航空運輸技術細則》，禁止乘客喺其成員國嘅商業航班，携帶過量嘅外置充電器

乘客喺報到前記得留意所選乘航空公司有無附加規定，部分航空公司亦有限制乘客唔可以帶太多手提電腦用嘅外置電源，如果想喺旅程途中用電腦，或者係把握時間差電嘅話，上網睇定邊啲飛機座位同時有插座，或者需唔需要用旅行插頭就最方便啦

Starting from last Friday, 27/Mar, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) updated the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, prohibiting passengers on commercial flights within its member states from carrying excessive amounts of power banks

You should check whether their chosen airline has any additional regulations before checking in

Some airlines also restrict passengers from carrying too many external power supplies for laptops

If you want to use your computer during the journey or take the opportunity to charge up, it is most convenient to check online beforehand to see which seats have power outlets and whether you will need a travel adapter
