Put a frog into a vessel filled with water and start heating the water. As the temperature of the water begins to rise, the frog adjusts its body temperature accordingly. The frog keeps adjusting its body temperature with the increasing temperature of the water. Just when the water is about to reach boiling point, the frog cannot adjust anymore. At this point the frog decides to jump out. The frog tries to jump but it is unable to do so because it has lost all its strength in adjusting with the rising water temperature. Very soon the frog dies. What killed the frog? Think about it! I know many of us will say the boiling water. But the truth about what killed the frog was its own inability to decide when to jump out. We all need to adjust with people and situations, but we need to be sure when we need to adjust and when we need to move on. There are times when we need to face the situation and take appropriate actions. If we allow people to exploit us physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually or mentally they will continue to do so. Let us decide when to jump! Let's jump while we still have the strength.

Zimbabwe has launched gold coins to be sold to the public in a bid to tame runaway inflation that has further eroded the country’s unstable currency.

The use of mercenaries in the Gambian judiciary: Yahya Jammeh Vs. Adama Barrow

• Jammeh never gave Gambian citizenship to his mercenaries.
• Barrow allegedly gave citizenship to one of his mercenaries without following due process of law. Right now, the Gambia Printing and Publishing Corporation and the Ministry of Justice are locked in a war over that citizenship.

•Jammeh never allowed his mercenaries to use public office to enrich themselves and their family members.
• Barrow allowed one of his mercenaries to use his office and do business with Abubacarr Jawara and others. The mercenary was invited to join a famous company after allegedly stealing some of former President Jammeh's mining equipment that were confiscated via the Janneh Commission.

Bob is a victim of unjustifiable incarceration for 2 years without a free and fair trial. He is a victim of delayed justice. As fondly said, justice delayed is justice denied. Whether guilty or not, he deserves a quick and fair trial and fair trial to know his fate.

He has been locked up for two years and not much has been done to prove him guilty. This to me violates his basic human rights.

What if he is actually innocent? Two valuable years of his life have just been wasted. It also means someone guilty of r**e/impregnating a teenager is walking freely.

It appears the State with all its institutions has no interest in protecting the rights of its citizens. Guilty or not, the STATE has failed Bob Keita.

𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐛𝐲𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦

Firstly, how would anyone feel if his/her little sister got impregnated at such a tender age?

Sainabou has every right to seek justice on behalf of her little sister if she strongly believes someone is responsible. That includes Bob or anyone else. Whether rightfully accused Bob or not, Sainabou deserves the court to prove the person responsible guilty. If wrongly accused, Sainabou deserves to pay for accusing an innocent person.

The fact that this case has been dragging on for too long, recently I have seen calls to boycott Sainabou's business, SAACS BEAUTY. What was never part of the problem became a problem.

Again the State failed Sainabou by delaying justice for her little sister. SAACS pays the price.

He was just a baby subjected to all this unfortunate drama and eventually had to pay the ultimate price. He was unborn when the case started, he died after two years and the case is still on.

Whether he died naturally or by mistake, someone has to be responsible. If justice had not been delayed, he could have been alive or perhaps had a peaceful and calm death free from rumors, speculations and autopsy.

The State failed Muhammed.

Our girls must be allowed to grow to realize the future they deserve. A young teenager (underage) must never be subjected to adult intimacy with or without her consent.

The innocent girl has been wronged by whoever got her pregnant and somebody must be held responsible. Swift and timely justice would serve as a good example for anyone trying to lure our teenage girls into adult intimacy.

The state has failed the teenager by delaying justice.

The State with all its institutions and resources could not handle a r**e case in a fair and timely manner leading to loss of life and major violations of the basic human rights of the parties involved.

At its disposal, the State has the judiciary, the police, and all its many wings, taxpayers' money, and yet could not serve justice. The truth is, the State doesn't care about the rights of its citizens, period!!

For example, in the matter of UDP's petition contesting the presidential election results, this matter was of key interest to the State. Within two weeks, the State invested all its resources and a verdict was made. Everyone moved on.

Sabally Vs. IEC: This matter did not take more than two weeks to conclude. It was of key interest to the State and a verdict was served in the soonest time.

𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬

1. When people advocated for voting for the right candidate, this is what they meant. Our current government seeminly doesn't care about us.

2. Leave our teenage girls alone. Leave them alone! Allow them to grow and chase their dreams.

3. This whole thing was a case between the Bob and the State. But Sainabou brought it on social media and it became everyone's problem. Social media is not the place to take your private issues.

Muammar Gaddafi 🇱🇾 loved Barrack Obama like a son.

When Obama became the president of the United States 🇺🇸, Gaddafi was one of the first African leaders who congratulated him and praised him.

Gaddafi probably believed his prophecy has come to pass, because he wrote in his Green Book 📗 published in 1975 that, “Black people will rule the world”.

Gaddafi also offered his support to Blacks in America in 1985, he assured them he will support them to have their own independent state and economy. When Minister Louis Farrakhan met Gaddafi in the 1980s, he offered his financial assistance to help sustain some Black communities economically in America, Gaddafi gave out about $5 million dollars with 0% interest to help support some Black people in America.

Gaddafi stood by South Africans during their fight against Apartheid regime in South Africa 🇿🇦 —he supported them militarily, morally and financially! He supported every single Black liberation movements in Africa 🌍 and in the Diaspora!

Muammar Gaddafi upholds the legacy of the father of Pan-Africanism and the first Prime Minister of Ghana 🇬🇭, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's dream of a United States Of Africa. Gaddafi single-handedly funded African Union in order protect Africa from the influences of the colonialists.

Gaddafi helped put up Africa's first telecommunication satellite 🛰📡 to enable Africans have easy access to the internet and to avoid paying over $500 million dollars to Europe 🇪🇺 annually!

Gaddafi enjoyed comradeship with many Black leaders like Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe 🇿🇼, Nelson Mandela of South Africa 🇿🇦, Thomas Sankara of Burkina Faso 🇧🇫, etc —in the Diaspora, he was a good friend of legendary boxer 🥊 Muhammed Ali, he adored Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr etc

Our voices were not heard, we were not given the chance to tell our own stories, those who kil.led brother leader controls the media, and nowadays he who controls the media controls the world. Yes Gaddafi wasn't perfect, but he was not a bad person as the western rogue dictators portrayed him!

There was no Arabs, Blacks or White in G.addafi's L.ibya, we all lived together as one, even slavery was punishable by de.ath in Libya. Those who are trading captured African migrants in open slave markets today are not Libyans, they are illegal settlers and terrorists mercenaries whom the NA..TO brought into Libya to toppled Gaddafi's regime! They want to claim Libya for themselves!

Gaddafi personally loved Obama, perhaps due to his friendship and love for revolutionary African leaders whom he shared comradeship with, and due to the fact that other POTUS considered Gaddafi an enemy of the United States, he believed Obama would be different since he is Black. Little did brother leader knew Obama would team up with NATO to destroy Libya and get him ki.lled.

If Gaddafi was the problem as the western dictators claimed, why did Libya crumbled and became a failed state after they as.sassinated Gaddafi?

Now Libya's gold reserves are gone, billions of dollars is missing in Libya's foreign reserves and the same people who invaded Libya are now scrambling for Libyan oil 🛢⛽
