The newly elected executive of the Gambia Supreme Islamic Council (GSIC) under the leadership of Sheikh Essa Foday Darbo, meeting with the outgoing executive of Sheikh Muhammad Lamin Touray. This meeting is geared towards kickstarting a smooth transition of leadership of the Council from the 3rd Executive to the 4th Executive.

Following a major setback we have experienced two months ago when our only transmission machine blown-off due to an overvoltage from NAWEC, the management and staff of AL FALAAH FM RADIO are highly pleased to inform our esteem listeners that the radio has RE-STARTED BROADCASTING ON THE SAME FREQUENCY 107.2.

Alhamdulillah, with the help of Allah through your enormous generosity, we have procured a new radio transmitter and rebranded the studio with new equipment.

While we are set to effectively deliver our invaluable services to the entire Ummah as we have always been, we apologize to our listeners, home and abroad, for any inconvenience this two-month-long break may have caused.

In the service of Allah and humanity, we thank you tremendously for your usual support and cooperation and we ask Allah to reward you all abundantly and put “Barakah” in your wealth and all your endeavours. Ameen!!!
