"Rachel is a brilliant and very thorough driving instructor, she's also really friendly and approachable. I had a bad experience with a previous instructor and huge anxiety about driving when I first started but Rachel showed so much patience and encouragement. She took the time to talk through any mistakes or worries, always making sure I understood even if it meant explaining several different ways. She always pushed me to try my best and went above and beyond what i hoped to find in an instructor. In the build up to my test Rachel made sure I was familiar with test routes and that I understood what would be expected by the examiner. The LDC workbook is a great element to the learning process too, giving the chance to go home and reflect on a lesson or prepare for the next! I did 2 hour lessons which I think was helpful and they certainly seemed to fly by! Rachel really does teach the importance of safe driving and has taught me skills that will stay with me for life! I passed first time and could not be more grateful for the patience, kindness and professionalism that Rachel showed! THANK YOU!!!"

She was like a breath of fresh air who is calm and relaxed yet she pushes you with motivation and determination and encourages you to the point of perfection.
