Aids in maintaining normal rotation of your spinal cord.
🌺The Ardha Matsyendrasana Yoga posture helps calm the mind. As a result, you feel de-stressed and can sleep better.

🌺Helps those experiencing sciatica and a slipped disc

Bhoomi Devi Mantra 🕉️

Meaning: I salute you, O Bhumi Devi, who wears the clothes of the sea, has the bosom of a mountain and is the wife of Lord Vishnu.
Please Forgive my Touch of the Feet
(on Earth, which is Your Holy Body).

Here salutations have been made to the holy mother earth and not only the salutation but also an apology for touching her holy body by our feet. The meaning behind this apology can be taken that we should take our steps carefully, that is, we should take steps towards the upliftment of each and every living being and nature and not take such steps which may harm the nature or the living being.

I dedicate this mantra to a dear friend sending earthy love and warmth to you ❤️


Mantra meaning : “God, please lead me to the understanding that I am not the limited mind, body, and intellect, but I am, was, and always will be that absolute, eternal, blissful consciousness that serves as their substratum.”

‘’Lead me from the unreal to the real,
Lead me from darkness to light.
Lead me from death to immortality,
Let there be peace, peace, and peacefulness.”


‘Knowledge is the key to wisdom’

The Veda’s (Hindu Scriptures) has given us the science abundance of knowledge on living in harmony with nature and to enjoy a fruitful life.


Ever wondered the significance of you in this entire universe?

Your strength lies in your inward relationship with the power that is transcendence and that is the universal. The more you are able to feel your relation with the wider creation outside, the more are you also able to approximate your individual existence with the larger dimension of the universe; then the more is your strength. This fixing of the consciousness upon the larger dimensions of the Reality beyond the mere physical location of the body is the art of meditation that people speak of so much. You must have heard that there is such a thing called meditation which gives energy, strength, power, etc. How does it bring energy? It brings energy because you draw sustenance from the five elements, – from earth, water, fire, air, ether; from even the trees; from the solar system. The solar system is full of energy and we do not feel its presence on account of our isolatedness from it even as the law of the government cannot sustain a person, protect him or guard him when he becomes a renegade and cuts himself off from the organisation.

Meditation can be from 5 minutes to hours; dependent on your cosmic level of patience. Start meditating to condition your inner and outer being for the better. The cures of many problems we face right now can be healed from using meditation as a tool.


This is Shanti mantra which is recited as a devotional prayer by teacher and student before sacred Hindu scriptures are studied and also before yoga practice.

This mantra calls upon protection from divine universal consciousness; also as a means of calling upon divine blessings for whatever is to be studied.

Rishis says that we shouldn’t fight, this means something deeper then what we think! When someone learns a little bit, it boosts his ego and makes him want to talk about it. These talks shouldn’t lead to fights; instead, they should show more facets of the Truth, thus creating light of knowledge instead of heat.


When you recognise that every moment is happiness and that is all that you need for balance 🙏🏽


The Ganesh Mantra 🕉️ is for wealth and is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, Goddess Riddhi (Hindu Goddess of Prosperity), and Goddess Siddhi (Hindu Goddess of spiritual enlightenment).

“Oh god with a curved trunk, the large body whose aura is like a light of many suns, Please make my entire work obstacle-free, forever.”

Benefits: Chanting this Ganesh mantra will help remove every obstacle between one and one’s well-being and helps to achieve wealth, wisdom, good luck, prosperity, and success in all endeavors.

This baby calf is 3 months old and just 2 weeks ago lost it’s mother to a illness. I feel so much love with this little baby calf and saddened that it’s mother can no longer be with it. It breaks my heart ❤️ I wish this little one a healthy life and acceptance of the herd it’s with. 🐄🐄🐄 🐄

🔥 Agnihotra pooja, a special type of yajna, is an ancient practice which involves preparing a special healing fire and is performed twice a day – during sunrise and sunset. Agnihotra helps in purification of one’s surroundings and dates back to the vedic period wherein brahmans used to perform agnihotra while pronouncing chants from the verses of the Rigveda and Yajurveda.

Agnihotra is a simple yet effective ritual and could be done hassle free at home weekly or even on a daily basis.

Agnihotra helps in purifying the air and surroundings. The copper pyramid pot used in the process generates negative ions, and help clear the air of various hazardous particles. *The unpolished rice offers a balance of ying-yang effect and releases several ethereal oils. The smoke generated from the homa binds harmful radiations in the air and neutralizes the radioactive effect.
*The homa on the whole purifies blood and benefits circulatory system.
*Chanting and concentration during Homa is found to renew brain cells too
