I hope everyone is having a lovely Monday! As it is half-term, I know it can be difficult coming to class if you've got kids so if you have any kids between the ages of 12 to 16 years old they will be allowed to join the class for free this week only, provided they have an adult with them.

YES FOLKS YOU READ CORRECTLY I SAID FREE FOR KIDS AGED 12 AND ABOVE!

I'm still on my fitness journey and would like to remain on it for life, keeping active and healthy. But when you put your mind to it you can do it just like I have. I am still working hard.

Happy New Year everyone! I bet everyone is setting their resolutions for the new year so why not come along to a Zumba class to help fulfill your fitness new year resolutions and well just to have some fun!

Hey Guys! I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas or just a lovely day off if you don't celebrate and I'm sure we all ate more than we needed to!!

Today I have posted this picture to show you how doing Zumba changed my life and my health. About a year ago I was the picture on the left hand side. I would try and avoid having my picture taken or would try and get the best angle which showed the least amount of my double chin! I'm pretty sure you all know what I'm talking about!

I had been in denial for many years about how unhealthy I was but eventually decided enough was enough and that I wanted to change. I started eating healthily and working out. It was a slow and painful process to begin with! I had worked out over the years and tried to lose weight but never managed to succeed because well I hated 'boring' workouts! But I started going to the Zumba classes and found them so fun and didn't even realise I was working out because I was enjoying them so much. So now a year or so on I am the picture of the right hand side, less unhealthier and more active. I feel happier in myself and like I have accomplished a lot. I still have a bit more I want to lose and it'll take time and well discipline which I don't always have (especially when it comes to cake! 😆) but I know I will always keep working hard to achieve my goals.

If you are also interested in changing up your lifestyle, getting fitter or just simply want to burn some calories in a fun way then please do try out my Zumba classes.

They will be starting back on Thursday 9th January 2020 from 7:30-8:30pm at the Community Sports Centre, Wellington Road Bilston! Message or call me for more details!
