New year and a fantastic start for my students 🎉With some of them already getting recalls to the most prestigious Drama schools in the country.

Hello Everyone,

I have a few slots available weekdays which is brilliant for anyone wishing to boost drama training during summer holidays or going on to further education.

I have had a fantastic few weeks with my students prepping for College auditions/ Drama school auditions/professional Auditions.

I’m incredibly proud of my students still fighting through this tough time ,putting the work in and breaking down personal barriers.

I have also seen a rise in adult students who are revisiting a passion and want to get into the industry and go for Drama school/Higher educations/BAs/MAs.
I would like to remind anyone that a dream is for any age.

I really do invest time into each individual student and design classes to best suit your needs.
I train students to develop a process that will help them become the best actor they can be ! Every student has their own journey.

I also offer zoom classes to those who live further away, I have students in Cardiff/West Midlands/London.

I am fully DBS checked.

My lessons are £20 pounds per hour or Ten lessons for £180

Hello everyone,

Last week was the first week back with face to face lessons, which was incredibly exciting to see students after several months.⭐️

I am continuing with social distancing guidelines, opening windows and sanitising between each lesson.

I am still offering zoom lessons for my students who live further away or students who are not yet ready to be back in the space.

considering the year we have had it’s been amazing to see my students thrive in my classes and attend professional auditions/drama school auditions and day to day activities with confidence and discipline.🌟

Thank you so much to all the parents and students who embraced the change and joined me on zoom 🎭

This has also meant that I was able to gain new students from all across the West Midlands but also in Stoke/London/Shropshire and as far as Cardiff !

I run a tight ship and expect my students to put in the work and they have as a collective exceeded all my expectations ,incredibly proud that during a pandemic they have been extremely focused and willing to learn.

I have helped two students auditioning for Drama school this year gain places at accredited schools. An incredible achievement in tough circumstances.

With Wolverhampton being in tier three restrictions I have had to make the decision to postpone and move lessons til next year.

It’s always an incredibly hard decision to make especially when you see students breaking down barriers/growing as Actors and showing dedication by truly embracing the work, it just means that in 2021 we will have to give it all we have ! 🎭

To my current students please do not forget your training ! During this break please remember to continue with the following list

•Voice exercises
•Breathing exercises
•Reading/sight reading with and without bone prop.
•Process work-5ws/Animal/objective/super objective.
•I have set you work to help with individual needs.

To those of you auditioning for Drama school please email me your final decisions for both monologues and song choices before the end of Christmas break.

Hello my name is Julian Hoult I am a professional Actor I am Wolverhampton based and live in tettenhall.

Some of my credits include working at the Royal Shakespeare company (Jew of Malta,Loves Sacrifice, Volpone)Original west end cast of Soho cinders(Soho Theatre),Sweeney Todd (Mercury Theatre) Jesus Christ superstar (World Arena tour) Herod and Antipater(The Globe)Little shop of Horrors (Regents Open air) and was most recently Acting in The Storm Whale ( York Theatre Royal )

I was lucky enough to gain entry to multiple accredited Drama schools on both acting courses and musical theatre courses , I studied at Royal Central school of speech and drama on the three year Acting course graduating in 2011 with a first class Degree.

My aim for these one on one lessons is to get the student prepped for all drama school requirements ! The industry is very competitive and it starts with gaining entry to Drama school , a top drama school sometimes has thousands of applications for a class of 35 , so to have this one on one time with a professional still working in the industry could give you the edge and knowledge to gain a place at these prestigious schools.

I would work on confidence in classical text , picking the right monologues and songs, the goal is for the student to enter the audition room fully prepared to whatever the panel may throw at my students.

I have a full up to date DBS.

Methodology
My teaching method is to use all knowledge gathered from my time at drama school and the years following in the profession .

Not only will we work on the performance aspect but also the fundamental basics of acting including Stanislavski methods/animal studies /the importance of beats and units / punctuation. Take acting back to the basics and build on a strong foundation as to get rid of any bad habits formed before auditioning.
