I am a newly qualified Premier Global Level 3 young female Personal Trainer based in Woking at Live for Fitness, covering all surrounding areas including Guildford, Weybridge, Horsley, Clandon, Shere, Albury and Burpham.
I started my career in the performing arts industry training at one of the top performing arts colleges in the country. Whilst undertaking my training within the performing arts it began to spark my interest in the health and fitness industry - helping me understand the importance of leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle for my future. After finishing my performing arts training I wanted to gain a deeper insight into the fitness industry and I continued studying to gain my personal training qualification, in the hope to one day pass on my knowledge and passion for health and fitness to others.
I want to help young people get fit in the privacy of a private gym.
The pressures social media have made young people have unrealistic expectations of body image. I want to help people feel comfortable with their bodies and make them love a strong, healthy body whatever their size.

225g/8oz plain chocolate, broken into pieces
2 tbsp golden syrup
50g/2oz butter
75g/2¾oz cornflakes
36 mini chocolate eggs
1)Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl over a saucepan and simmering water
2)Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir in the cornflake. Mix until all cornflakes are covered
3) Divide the mixture between the paper cases and decorate with mini eggs

Fancy some Sunday baking 💁
Why not try this super delicious healthy Banana Bread recipe!
3 ripe bananas
175g gluten free flour
40g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
90g coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
115g coconut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
60ml lactose free milk
75g milk chocolate chip
1. Grease baking tin and pre heat oven to 180 C. In a large mixing bowl sift the flour cocoa powder baking soda and baking powder. Then add the sugar and cinnamon and stir.
2. Heat the butter in a microwave until it has melted. Meanwhile mash the bananas using a fork.
3. Next add the vanilla, eggs and milk to your butter and whisk until combined. Fold together your dry, wet ingredients along with your mashed banana.
4. Add your chocolate chips and pour mixture into your baking tin.
5. Bake for approximately 45-50 mins

Resistance Band training focuses on applying resistance to particular muscle groups or individual muscles. They are a great method of training for those new to training or for those recovering from injury!

Sunday mornings are made for pancakes 🥞
Ingredients:
1 Large Banana 🍌
2 Medium Eggs 🥚
Splash of vanilla extract
Toppings of your choice
Method:
1) Mash the banana up in a bowl until it resembles a purée
2) Stir in two beaten eggs and a splash of vanilla extract
3) Heat a large non-stick frying pan and add a spoonful of coconut oil
4) Scoop a spoonful of the batter into the frying pan and cook on each side for 1-2 mins
5) Create a stack of pancakes and top with your choice of toppings (I’ve added natural Greek yoghurt and raspberries)
