One hour can save a life.

The uptake in women having their smear tests are at an all-time low. In 2023, only one in three eligible women in England aged 25–64 were up to date on their cervical cancer screening. This is the highest proportion of women who have never been screened or are not up to date in a decade.

One of the most used reasons for women not having an up-to-date smear test is childcare. That's why I offer one hour of free childcare for women who need to attend an appointment.

I have one space available for an immediate start, term time only - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All aged funding and tax-free accepted.

Last week we had a half term day out to London! We visited Sealife and Shreks Adventure! We had the best day! 🌻

Our Sunflowers have the best days! They have particularly been enjoying puzzles, cooking, playing shops, and the dolls house! 🌻

What a wonderful time we had last week! The beach themed tuff tray was a hit, and our Sunflowers loved garden play with mark making, trains and emptying and filling! 🌻

After a short (and well needed!) break, we are back with our Sunflowers today! We have created a wonderful beach tuff tray, which has already been a big hit! 🌻

Getting wet from water play, muddy in the mud kitchen, dancing and singing, it's always fun in the sun for our Sunflowers! 🌻

Our Sunflowers have loved all things animals recently! From singing 'Old Macdonal' to using animal names and sounds to support verbal communication. This inspired a farm tuff tray, which created hours of fun (and mess!) 🌻

Todays focus activity is 'The Colour Monster'! This story gives our Sunflowers a bigger opportunity to discuss feelings and help support and learn ways to manage them. Our Sunflowers have safe spaces to express their feelings, no matter what they may be. 🌻

Today, we enjoyed a morning of softplay followed by a lunch out!
Our Sunflowers were superstars, remembering their pleases and thank yous, playing kindly and, most of all, having fun! 🌻
