⚽ SHPAC Sunday Session ⚽
Today we hosted a session to support the exciting collaboration between Chat Do and iFast Global Bank.
The focus was on the finer technical details that every player must continue to work on, regardless of age or ability:
✅ First Touch
✅ Movement
✅ Weight of Pass
The practice itself was incredibly simple:
🔸 2 cones
🔸 4 players
🔸 2 balls
That's it.
A reminder that effective coaching doesn't always require complicated setups. When players understand the purpose behind the practice and how it relates to real match situations, even the simplest exercises can have a huge impact.
Football is often decided by the smallest details. A cleaner first touch, a better movement to receive, or a perfectly weighted pass can be the difference between keeping possession and losing it.
Simple on paper. Demanding in ex*****on. Effective on match day. 👊⚽

Champions League Winners 🏆
Paris Saint Germain successfully defended their title, winning the 2026 UEFA Champions League final against Arsenal in a dramatic penalty shootout. Following a 1-1 draw after extra time at the Puskás Aréna, PSG secured the victory 4-3 on penalties.
This victory marks the club's second consecutive Champions League title, having won their first in 2025 by defeating Inter Milan.
