On a serious note, holidays and time away are there to be enjoyed, and memories made. There is no goal that’s worth not enjoying your life for (in my opinion).
So all I do is I stay on track before I go away - eat my healthy, nutritious food, drink my water, and get in my exercise as planned.
Then when I get back, there is no over restrictive diet to make up for the extra food, no extra training sessions, and no increased cardio.
What do I actually do?
Prioritise healthy, nutritious food
Bet back on track with the planned exercise
Hydrate
Prioritise sleep
All of these things will get you back on track for your goals without feeling like you need to punish yourself and your body for actually enjoying your life! Because we are meant to live it, right?
