Two classes to choose from this morning, both at Castlepark Community Centre, Irvine every Thursday

Zumba Gold at 10-11am

🧡 Zumba Gold is for EVERY body. No matter your fitness level or dance ability, you can do it! £5

Functional Fitness 11-1130am

💪🏽Functional Fitness works those all important joints giving us strength, increased flexibility and the ability to live a more productive life for longer! £3

Join me for Zumba Gold on Wednesdays 10am at St John’s Church hall, Stevenston.

Newbies are ALWAYS welcome.

Get fit and have fun whilst doing it!

I have been talking about it forever but today is the day we PASO DOBLE 🐂 🇪🇸

This class is followed by seated Zumba Gold at 1130am. Looking forward to seeing everyone at 10am at Fullarton Hub, School Lane, Irvine!

* TUESDAY EVENING CLASS AT LANFINE IS NOW OFF UNTIL JANUARY 7th this is due to low numbers. We’ll try again in January and it will be reviewed when it may be cancelled.

** Classes finish on TUESDAY DECEMBER 17th for the Christmas break and begin again on January 6th

*** Night Out will be in January more details will follow very soon
